He installed our tv, sound bar, new modem, router and set up our smart lights in the house. There was a scratch on the tv out of the box. He noticed it and immediately made arrangements to get a new TV. He was a pleasure to deal with. He is a fine example of how customers should be treated. Jim Wisnieski
