Great features in a tv for this price range

The features are similar but the new processor makes it all run better. Apps load faster, upscaling seems more complete, menus are snappy, the update to the smarthub is better, etc.

Periodically, in the middle of a program and without a prompt, tv ask “how can I help you” type question. It tells me to push a specific button to make my request. This interrupts the program and is irritating. Other that this, TV meets all expectations. I especially like Smart features.

Excellent 4K TV

We are very pleased by the quality of the display. The VERY simple control requires a bit of a learning curve to access all of the features. The ease of connecting to the our home WiFi was very appreciated.

The Q80R set contrast enhancer to low local dimming to high and pic your movie mode and your done. I prefer to watch TV broadcast in standard mode.

They did a demo and answered all our questions.

Beautiful picture, but extremely complicated

I have spent many hours trying to get it set up, and I am using it. However like most equipment, it takes expertise to operate it to its full capabilities. There will be things about this tv that I will not have mastered when it is time to replace it. I have been operating highly technical equipment my whole life!
