Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The open box that I received was a joke they did not bubble wrap it correctly the screen what's messed up because they didn't even bother to clean it are bubble wrap it correctly like I said previously forgot to put the remote that it came with and forgot to put the the plug with it I had to wait an hour in the store for them to find my TV the picture wasn't as good as my five year olds Sony 3D TV. And I was disappointed that that did not have the 2.1 connection for the Sony PlayStation or the Xbox I was disappointed in Samsung for not adding those connections I should have bought the Sony television instead lesson learned.

For 2020, Samsung kept the same model numbers but lowered the quality across the board. A 2020 Q80 is actually a 2019 Q70. Shame on Samsung. Typically lousy Samsung software.

Need to get a surround sound system. Bixby(The Alexa of Samsung) can be very annoying. Would not buy again
