I really enjoy the TV it has good colors and response for gaming and the wide angles and reflection handling make it a great TV for a living and day and night viewing.

I don’t know why Samsung does not make their tv more user friendly The remote sucks anytime you want to do something you need to search for what you want to do You can’t simply just go to the menu or change source without searching for it Also there is no Earc like similar TVs There also is no hdmi 2.1 like LG is offering in there 2019 line up And I am not seeing much of a difference when gaming on this tv with my Xbox one x lag time is the same as Sony x950g maybe even a little worse Also there is no way to get xbox to pass Dolby Atmos through this tv It simply does not work And free sync does not pass through any a/v receiver so if you have a full surround sound then either no Atmos or no freesync It’s really a shame because the TV has a great picture and Black level is amazing Very little to no blooming You can watch this tv in the dark with no complaints

Purchased this as a gift for my husband. We love the picture and how easy it was to set up. Not crazy about the remote, but we are getting accustomed to it.

This Samsung TV is incredible!!! I haven't bought a TV in over 10 years. Kept telling myself I will get the new technology when prices go down. I decided to treat myself and super happy with not waiting this time. Having a smart TV with an incredible picture and amazing sound (I bought the sound bar as well) is surreal! I've been saving up for one item and this was it...super happy!!! Sales person was great too, he demonstrated everything from picture to sound. Sorry, forgot his name but was very helpful which helped make this purchase the perfect one! Thank you!!!

Great picture, ease of use and abilty to download apps is great. Only drawback is lack of 4k support from cable provider. Streaming though is crisp & vibrant.

The picture extremely sharp and the price was attractive. The soundbar makes you feel you are in a theater, will blow you out of the room in you choose.

The Samsung Q80 is an ambitious flatscreen offering punchy HDR, gorgeous colour and a surprisingly good black level performance.

The picture quality is the great. Blacks are like an Oled. No tension of burn in and a big plus sound is great. No need of sound bar for small living rooms

After shopping for a long time and reading more reviews than I wanted to, we went to the Best Buy store and were able to talk with a salesman who had a deep knowledge of televisions and sound systems. It's still the best way to shop if you ask me; you get to see the product and ask all the questions you need to. The salesman def led us in the right directions for our needs and we could not be happier with this purchase. The color, sound and quality of this TV is superior. We purchased it during the Black Friday craze and were able to get a great price.

Been very happy with this TV, great color, latency, blacks. I use this with my Xbox One X and have been very happy with it.

This q80r is awesome for the money it's hard to fine anything for the price to performance this tv offer and this coming from somebody who has 5 TVs in his home mid-to highend from different brands.the quantum 4k processor in this tv is amazing,great blacks,good colors,contrast and brightness is blinding at times and game mode is one of the best out there with some 2.1 features and less them 14sec lag times, its amazing during the day and at night.i have light stripes behind it for even more pop.most buy for price to performance.

The Samsung Q80 series is way more than just a Tv, it is an intelligent, intuitive piece of technology that is way ahead of it’s time. We are absolutely amazed with the richness and brightness of the colors on the screen. The color is much better on movies from our blu-ray player and shows that are downloaded from the internet. Many stations have not started offering the HDTV level of color that the tv is capable of showing, but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time. We would highly recommend this smart tv to anybody wanting to upgrade.

I took my time in deciding to purchase this 65 inch unit. Even read reviews, still i went ahead and made the purchase. Three weeks in my home stations changed on their own, the Bixby feature insist on having conversations with me or my wife without prompts I returned the remote to Best Buy and the associates at customer service were quick to tell me that I was on my own, until they read my receipt to find out I only had the unit just under three weeks. The store manager took the posture he was doing me a favor giving me a used remote he called new. I am done with you Best Buy and Samsung p,s. 1400 dollars for a sound bar Ha Ha Ha.

This is a great tv, we love it and still amazed at how great the image is! It's easy to navigate around the screen. Only complaint is sometimes the virtual assistant, Bixbi will chime in when we aren't talking and silence the show...a little annoying. Would def buy again.

Great picture! Easy to control every aspect of it if needed. There are so many built in apps, including Apple TV. 4k video is fantastic!

This is the best tv on the market for the money.. tv remote is different kinda have to get use to it but it's all around a great tv
