For the money this tv cost this should not be an issue.

My smaller 50" tv is louder. The remote laggs constantly and the tv fails to respond to remote. Sucks I can no longer get a refund.

It was realy good deal so i fill that they don't like give to me this TV. I drive to Detroit for nothing and spend my time and gas. I rating 3 stars but i didn't owe this TV.

And this was well worth the extra $$. Don't get me wrong, My other standard 4K's are great but seeing the 8K stretch is like being right there. Almost like a 3D effect at times.

I am experiences an issue with two white boxes on the TV screen where the picture is lighter than anywhere else on the screen. One at top, one in bottom corner. They are about 5inx5in each. Wish I had bought BestBuys buyer protection plan :-(. Instead I am trying to work with Samsung on warranty. Have logged two tickets. First one was cancelled due to COVID issues with repair staff. Hope this gets fixed on the second service call which is supposed to happen this week. Apparently Samsung outsources this work and the service company they assigned has horrendous reviews. Hoping I somehow have a good outcome. Overall very disappointed in this experience. Have had several Samsung TVs in the past and never had an issue. It appears the Quality of this model is very poor. A travesty at this price point! Wish I had paid closer attention to the reviews.
