We constantly have connectivity issues. Apps don’t want to open and run. My tcl Roku tv runs better and faster than this tv

Paid a shed load of money for it upon recommendation by the salesman in the store (big mistake by me...should have known better!). The picture and colors are not as good as my older TV's (of other brands) and the "smart" part of this TV is not so clever as it "drops" an app while I am watching and I have to "get out and get back in again" for it to function further...and it's not my Wi-Fi system at fault...that works reliably with the other TV's. I don't have the means to haul a 65" TV back to the store so I am saddled with it.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q800T QLED 8K TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your TV’s picture. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
To optimize the smart TV and app performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
