Don't buy a Q800 TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When you pay 3k for a TV, you expect it to last longer than three years... Unfortunately for this TV that was not the case... I've had really good look with Samsung TV's in the past but unfortunately I don't know if I will ever suggest or purchase another Samsung TV. We've scheduled Geek Squad to repair the TV and were told that the part is technically an order part.. And the repair part would not be provided anytime soon...

Crap Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After spending $3k on a tv, it decides to stop working in 2 years. While my less than $700 Samsung tv still works and it’s older than 7 years

Sold me a returned broke tv fir $2000
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned a $1600 Sony because it died after a month, got this Samsung for an extra $450. Was excited to get home and set up. Everthing hooked up and I plug it in and it turns on by itself and displays Roku which is on input 4. Was alittle curious about that, no welcome screen. After seaching through looking for set up, I see someone else's email address as an account for the tv. They sold me a returned tv as brand new for $2000. That's not the worst of it, it was returned for a reason, one line down the left of the screen and several lines across the bottom. Imagine paying $2000 for trash.
