    Takes several attempts to get TV. Only get sound and black screen. Waiting for replacement and hopefully better results.

    Absolute garbage save your money for an o led or just get a cheap 500$ tv. The light bleeding makes this tv unwatchable and dark scenes. I can’t watch ozark or the Witcher without getting upset. I already took my first one back I thought the 2nd one was better but after 2 weeks it was worse then the first tv. Try an off brand if you want one in this price range. There is no way this is better then a tcl.

To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1903.0 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you are seeing is not to your liking after performing any available updates, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.

    Don't pay the 150.00 for the setup. All they do is attach the pedestal to the TV. Biggest rip off! I did ask to help me hang the TV, since I already had the bracket installed. I was told that they were behind and didn't have the time. Biggest waste of money from a national chain. I have spread the word amongst our powerful union. Never again will I patronize best buy

    The solar remote control is defective. I called the customer service number. After hours of waiting. Got thru and after confirming with technician that part was defective they agreed to send a replacement to arrive in 3-5 days. 8 days later still waiting. I guess I need to start run process to call again and spend hours on phone.

    Not at all happy with this tv. Having trouble with sound sync. 1 Jack is jacked up.

    Back light failed on day 15 just in time to return it to the store; thank you very much. It turns out that this particular Samsung has a high back light failure rate so ovoid it. It’s on sale now. BEWARE!

    Unfortunately TV was delivered broken I returned to Best buy and unwrapped three other televisions of the same brand all we're broken! Then I was told to choose another brand. I think they were tired of opening up boxes. Thanks Best buy I went with another brand and another company altogether.

    Tv went out and wouldn’t power on after 6 months. Tv was plugged into a expensive surge protector along with 5 other devices. After a storm recently this tv was the only thing that wouldn’t power on. Tried a different power cable and still nothing. Switched to a LG C1.

    Not a great TV at all. In dark movie scenes, a bright cloud can easily be seen from back lighting. Suprising given the cost and model. Would get an LG oled if I could do it again.

    This TV has great features and astounding pictures quality. I am blown away by the Samsung quality picture and apps on the TV. The movies and views of it are totally worth it I recommend this TV. The TV was very easy to install! You do need two people to get it out of the box! The remote is nice and sleek! It has solar charging which is nice! The speakers give nice clear sound when watching movies! The family is going to enjoy this Samsung TV. Our old TV had none of these features! Amazing! Pictures are crystal clear and easy on the eyes. It has a fast processor making sports and action movies sleek and clear with no lag. I received this TV as a trial

    Bought this tv 16 months ago. It now has a red pixel do showing on the lower oeft coener, and of course warranty is only 12 month's.

    I want to return my TV, I’ve only had it a few months and now I notice it’s cloudy on top of the tv. I paid over $1000, I really hope Best Buy helps me with this

Sometimes, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done.

    After 3 weeks, the tv lost the picture, but I still have sound. Samsung's customer service was not good. Still waiting for my tv to be repaired.

    A legendary TV. for some reason, I feel like this bottle aged much better than the newer QLED. my father-in-law bought the 2024 version that I feel like this one still holds true. I don’t know what they did differently, but it is just unbelievably clear and sharp.
