We love our TV. The guy at Best Buy helped us pick this tv out. We were looking for bigger but we got something smaller with a better quality picture. We are very happy with our purchase. We have always bought Samsung whether it is a TV, washer/dryer or fridge.

I love my new Smart TV. The picture is beautiful and the apps I most wanted were already there. José and Jaime did a great job setting it up for me and moving the existing TV into another room. They were very friendly & polite. And were patient while showing me how to navigate it. I've never had a smart TV before. They were quick efficient, neat a took away all the packaging material. I am very happy.

This is an excellent TV. The picture is bright and very sharp. It's quite easy to set up.

I love the brightness of this tv. The speakers work pretty well, at least in our space.

I use this with my PS5 and to stream with my Elgato 60dx. There have been no issues and the image looks crisp. I also have this connected with my Bose 600 sound bar and there were no issues connecting via HDMI cable. I previously owned a Samsung and it lasted a long time. This was a major upgrade from what I previously had, and I can see this lasting just as long.

Great television great picture excellent color quality. The set has very vivid colors. I didn’t Realize Samsung was such a quality product. I used to think LG was a real quality product but the 65 inch set I had only lasted about 21/2 years And it didn’t hold up at all. I talked to 2 service Techs and they told me how great Samsung tv’s Were and what great picture quality they had.

Our previous TV was great...at night! But during the day with windows on 3 sides and a skylight it was almost impossible to see dark scenes even with the brightness turned up. After reading up about QLED it seemed like this would take care of the issue and it absolutely did. Blacks are very dark while the bright colors really pop, giving a good contrast. Overall the sharpness is incredible compared to the "old" TV, which itself was an early 4K backlit LED. I wasn't expecting such a drastic difference, but the QLED technology delivers the goods. My only complaint, if it could be called that, is that the sharpness and fast response time makes scenes look fake sometimes. It's great for sports, racing, gaming, etc. But in normal movies and TV it lends a "soap opera" type of visual effect. I paired this with a Samsung 2.1 soundbar, and it is amazing as well. Nice clarity on voices, good low range from the subwoofer and it gets LOUD. I rarely turn it up past halfway and even that rattles the pictures on the wall! I wouldn't say the sound quality is on par with Bose or other high-end dedicated receivers but it's very close and sounds great. And the best thing is that it was plug and play with a HDMI cable connected from the TV using the eARC port. The remote from the TV controls both the TV and the soundbar, so all I need now is just the one remote.

We love our new television, picture is perfect, it’s easy to operate

Purchased back in late Feb 2023, and overall a great TV. The only downfall has been the remote. We are already onto our second one (thankfully it still fell under the Samsung warranty I think) because the first stopped working, as it wouldn't pair with the TV anymore. This other one works but the universal remote option isn't great when it comes to changing the channels. Has anyone else had this issue? I think the solar panel charging option works because we haven't had to plug it in. If the remote improved I think it owuld be a great TV for the price.
