Have owned Samsung for many years. Bought this one to replace our 10 year old 45” Samsung. Clear Crisp Picture. Easy set up. Quality sound. Have had a few issues with the Samsung sound bar we have connected to the TV. Had to re-sync a few times. Wouldn’t expect that since they should be compatible. Overall, Very Happy with the purchase and the buying/delivery experience from Best Buy.

Everything is good in this TV except for the Tizen OS & the remote. The OS is very slow and the remote is very finicky.

Love the picture and ease of navigation. Lots of features.

After doing much research from time to time looking at price / performance / reviews, etc, I finally purchased this 65” Samsung QLED TV. It’s been great so far and I love the picture. Sound is also good. Been thinking of getting a sound bar as my setup isn’t ideal for my room / the TV’s location. I highly recommend this model if you’re looking at purchasing one.

We’ve had this TV now for about a year and love it. Excellent picture and sound quality. Remote is rechargeable so no need for searching for batteries when it dies. Easy to use interface. There is also an app that lets you control the tv which is great when you lose the remote.

This is the best TV so far with such a quality picture that is the best. I got this TV after researching a lot of data. This TV will suit your gaming and as well as cinema watching experience, you won’t even need any sub woofers or external speakers l! The TV has Dolby output that will take care of your sound experience.

The TV is amazing. The QLED technology is excellent at baseline but really shows its worth while watching nature-focused content (think Planet Earth). The varying picture modes are also very useful while watching different types of content. I paired it with a Samsung soundbar and was able to create an amazing setup for fairly cheap.

While this is an expensive tv and some viewers may not be able to distinguish certain features, I’d still recommend it. There have been a few picture glitch’s that would last no more than a second, but more than 95% of the time the picture quality is incredible both for 4K movies/tv shows and HD. I almost settled for a budget 4K tv, but opted to invest a little more money and it paid off. The speakers were not the best quality, but that’s to be expected. No issues with brightness, as the display can be brighter than I’d ever need. The upscaling and “Motion Rate” technology also works very well.

The quality of this Q80B 65" QLED TV is top notch. This TV has AI functions and with that it adjust the setting automatically based on your room environment. I don't see much difference in OLED picture compare to this QLED TV. The sound is awesome and you do not need sound bar.

Tv is great. Almost a year later, and still just as good as the first day i bought it. I like samsung tvs and phones only. This TV is a winner. Video games, youtube and hulu is a breeze on this TV.

Great quality in the screen, sound and brightness.

The 65 inch size is a nice up grade from my old 2010 52 inch Sharp AQOS I had for my living room. And catching it on sale for 1000.00 was also another selling point for me. Can't beat the size, picture quality, and the built in sound which was also a plus for me. I will add a sound bar later when funds permit it.

The Picture on this TV is awesome and I didn’t even need a sound Bar for it. I love how I don’t need a fire stick TV to get my Amazon Prime or other App’s . They are already on the tv and if you don’t find one you can download the app from the TV. It’s just amazing from Picture to everything it offers. Best that I have had. I love Samsung

Picture and sound is amazing. Not the biggest fan of the UI coming from Samsung. It is more difficult than it should be to do some things.
