    WE have been dealing with Samsungs and Best Buy for several years. Our 10 year old TV is still doing well, just wanted to connect using bluetooth to my hearing aids. This Q80B QLED 4K has been incredible. I would recommend it. Also added a new Samsung Sound Bar which is very nice, when I do not want to connect my hearing aids :)

    This 65" TV looks great both when it is off and when it on. Picture quality is very good and the black level is way better than my old 2016 Samsung 55". The very minimalistic remote control seems to work just fine as well as the voice recognition. Screen surface is somewhat non-reflective which is good.

    The TV is great, sound is great, unfortunately, mine had an internal issue keep freezing which in repair soon BestBuy warranty is a scam. I bought it and wish I did not Just FYI your your first year of BestBuy warranty is scam because they will ask you to contact Samsung yourself and deal with the hours of troubleshooting and request for Samsung to come to your house and repair BestBuy don't get involved until your manufacture warranty runs out So if you buy best buy three years warranty you actually buying warranty after thedevice warranty expires Don't bother contacting BestBuy My recommendation.... Contact the device manufacture and buy extended warranty directly through them BestBuy warranty has so many fine print clause to it you will never get your device fixed
