I gave it a two stars because the TV glitches from time to time and shows a distorted picture. In addition, I am having problems with the volume. The volume goes up and down on its own. I’m about to place a call to the Samsung company to address my concerns. I paid $1000 plus tax so the tv should not already be giving me such problems. I like the size, the lightweight and the thinness of the TV. I own additional Samsung TV; this is the first time I have a problem with this brand.

Bright picture and a little slow

Nice and bright picture but we notice that the internet access seems slow compared to our old Samsung. It takes quite a bit of time to connect to the home screen and then to YouTube TV.

Quality was good but the color settings were way off out of the box and required an hour or two to fine tune. There are a lot of great articles on the web on how to set the color. Once it was set, the picture was perfect.
