Great TV but Tizen holds it back

We appreciate your feedback on the operating system, and for optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure your Q80B TV is running the latest firmware version available. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
Additionally, if you can't find an app you are looking for at this time, rest assured that we are continuously adding more premium content and new services to our Smart TV platform. It also comes with Samsung TV Plus which offers hundreds of free channels of news, sports, movies, and much more.

THe technology representatives I worked with were great, making product recommendations, explaining delivery, installation and haul.away costs and options. Overall excellent!
