    It’s a great TV and has some of the features that’s found in the Samsung frame. The downside is the opportunity of downloading similar arts that one is already paying for should be transferable to all the other modern Samson TV throughout your home.

    Easy setup, easy sync with smart things app, easy to integrate with Samsung phone/soundbar and earbuds. Picture is pretty crazy detail. Operates quickly:turning on/off and switching thru apps

    I have never been to.the outlet store. When i arrived i was asked right away can we help you. I said im looking to buy a new tv. They showed me a few flat screens. I finally bought a samsung 65 inch tv. The sales men were fantastic. I will be returning to buy a 50 inch tv soon.

    Setup and connection of this TV was flawless. Streaming software built into the TV is also nice. Bought the Samsung after initially purchasing an LG. The LG would not connect to my mesh WiFi system.

    I will always purchase a Samsung TV, there are the best money can buy . I checked other brands but the quality is not the same of course much cheaper and i see why.

    This tv has great potential, but it has had a few flaws. It has had a couple glitches in the sound being very weak and “tinny” sounding. Also the apps have “locked up” a couple times. It has been fixed so far by unplugging to reset the tv. Hopefully it will “settle” in.

      Thank you for purchasing Samsung's Q80D TV and for your feedback on the sound. To ensure you’ve got the latest sound quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the sound is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal preferences.

      • Sound Modes may better meet your personal preferences. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode, or Expert Settings to fine-tune and customize your sound.

      • Adaptive Sound will also further optimize sound quality by analyzing the viewing space and the acoustic components of the content. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings.

    Great TV, had a little problem with the color and Direct TV, but found that simple adjustments fixed it perfect. it fit perfectly in a prebuild wall opening, sure happy they have so many size choices.
