Set up was easy with Smart Things. Almost twice the weight of my previous 49 inch Sony. App integration has been simple so far

I had such high hopes with the excellent reviews. We purchased it on Black Friday and it worked perfectly for the first few hours. At the end of the first day with our TV, the sound started having issues, like it was switching settings. It sounded muffled with no bass like it was coming out of computer speakers. The only way to fix it was to do a hard power off or unplug it. I did a factory reset which fixed it for a couple days but then the problem returned. THEN about a week later, a very thin black line showed up going right through the middle of the screen. I was so disappointed because the picture quality is actually very good and the brightness. It was just problem after problem. I'm hoping either geek squad or the manufacturer warranty will send me a new TV for free, otherwise it's going back.
