    Poor delivery service and poor customer service

    Can not review this t v. Best Buy did not deliver it. I was pixxed I did NOT want this t v to begin with. I was talked into it by the sales person. Waited a week for the first delivery date that didn’t happen, then was told i would have to wait another 10days. Finally cancelled order

    Not good. A few weeks after purchasing lines started appearing on the screen.

    Damaged screen upon opening..scratches n broken screen. I have ihave the piece of glass screen.in container..again never been used..

    Could never get screen adjusted for good colors and overall clarity. Returned the next day and purchased an LG which I love.

    The item was not installed due to being broken upon arrival with the installers. It is back ordered a couple of weeks with no compensation for the inconvenience.

    I absolutely love this TV. The price compared to the quality is excellent. The salesman told me we would be exceptionally happy with it and we are! So worth the price.

    Picture is excellent, sound is to be desired! having to install a sound bar! ASKED sales associates at Columbus store and they wanted to sell me a hdmi cable. i told i had one and did not need one, did not get any help from them. having to trial and error! i like Best Buy products but the help in the stores need some re-training in customer service,

    I love the tv but can't fully review it because I am still learning how to use all features of the tv. I am sure as i learn the tv it will be 5 stars from me.
