    Not bad for the price, you get what you pay for. I think the OS could be better but thats why I use a roku or a fire tv device.

    Defective after 3 weeks

    Developed a line through the screen after 3 weeks. Just outside of the return window. Samsung has given me the run around for over a week now about a repair. Am very upset with this considering everything in my house is Samsung. I have lost respect for them.

    I requested a TV the same size as the one I had purchased last. The one delivered is about 10 inches too big and the picture quality is terrible!!!!!! Also the installation was basic and does not work with the remote I bought from you a short while ago. Please remove thisbad TV and letsdiscuss one the size of the one I had and of a picture quality that is higher.

    Tv is a gigantic piece of service. After only 4 months (exactly 4 months from purchase), the audio has completely died and no longer exists. When entering volume controls the tv message reads “receiver unavailable”… what!!! This hunk of junk is not worth it get something else.

    I bought this TV three weeks ago. I have not left my apartment since. The picture quality is criminal. I watched a nature documentary and genuinely got nervous when a cheetah started running. I gasped. At a TV. Alone. In my living room. No witnesses, thankfully. The sound is so good I now have opinions about audio. I have never had opinions about audio. I called my mother just to tell her. She was not impressed. I didn’t care. I was already back on the couch. My friends keep asking if I’m okay. I tell them I’m better than okay. I tell them I’m watching something. They’ve stopped asking. Setup was easy — which I deeply resent, because I was looking forward to at least three hours of feeling superior to the instructions. I had goals this month. A gym membership. A social life. A personality beyond “person who watches TV.” The Samsung had other plans. Five stars. I regret nothing. I own everything now including my solitude.

    I wish I had never purchased this TV. It’s annoying, it mutes itself, doesn’t follow commands, I delete apps and they download again. The control works half of the time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. SAMSUNG NEVER AGAIN!

    I went to the store and purchased the TV, after a few days I called about delivery and was told someone cancelled the order. I went online and reordered. The delivery date and time of delivery passed I called again and was told the order was cancelled, no reason was found. After this I decided not to do anything--very disappointed.

    Physical damage

    I never did get to use this tv. Apparently the 2 year warranty did not cover physical damage as we removed the tv from boxing it slipped and fell on its corner and none repair per the geek squad. Therefore my experience was not a good one as Best Buy would not take the set back or any compensation so I bought anther set. Thank you

    Size and brightness are great for this tv. Sound from built in speakers is excellent. Setup is easy the remote is smaller and solar powered (no batteries to replace).

    Love this TV. great picture, Tizen OS home screen is easy to navigate. integrates with smarthings. we also have Samsung washer and dryer, so getting alerts on the tv screen is very handy

    Great color and the fact it has 4 hdmi ports and EARC audio is a great addition to my sound. Much better than my 2014 55" SAMSUNG.

    This tv is rather difficult to set up for an older non tec person. But the colors are beautiful. The size is great. It is rather large to haul but well worth it. Probably if doing again I would order it and have it set up.

    Excellent 65 inch Samsung TV. The specs were good and so was the performance. The most improved thing about this TV was the color. The individual performers costumes and backdrops stood right out.

    I love this Tv wonderful picture , clear and great quality and color . Very happy with my purchase and I had the them come and install my new Tv on the wall and set it up for me, they did a wonderful job , it took no time and everything was up and running!! Great friendly young men, very professional and helpful!!
