Great TV for next years

I think you can wait few years in order to get one 8k tv , will be cheaper and updated with more apps by then.

Awesome Tv

When tv was taken out of box and mounted by Geek Squad installer we noticed blemishes on tv that are permanent. After cleaning screen it was discovered the blemishes form a square. Installer noted this issue and I went by in person 2wks ago and yet no one from Best Buy has reached out. I am hoping to resolve this issue as soon as possible..

Don’t waste your money!

Resolution on TV is spectacular on any programs that broadcast in 8k or high quality 8k videos streamed but too bad that is less than 1% of what is available or that the average person watches. If you want an expensive gaming TV, it’s probably great for that too. But if you want it for TV, cable movies or broadcast sports like the NFL championship games, NHL games or NBA games; the picture quality flat out sucks and is way worse than a 4K in my opinion. It doesn’t improve and upscale lower broadcast programming like was i was told by sales people. What you see in the store is a looped 8k video and you will likely never see that quality again until cable network programming improves significantly. I have had Samsung diagnose and cable folks out 3 times. Basically the TV logic and software is too smart for cable broadcast data right now. Nothing but issues. Beware!

I HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE AND EVEN CHAT TRYING TO GET HELP. I UNDERSTAND COVID-19 IS GOING ON BUT NOT AN EXCUSE FOR B.S SERVICE!!! I WAS TRANSFERRED MUTIPLE TIMEA ON CHAT ANS THEN ONE AGENT JUST CLOSED MY CHAT WITHOUT HELLING ME. I WILL BE CLOSING MY BESTBUY CREDIT CARD. I REFUSE TO GIVE YOUR COMPANY ANY OF MY MONEY AT THIS POINT. ITS APPARENT YOUR TEAM HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BY CHAT OR PHONE. YOU NEED TO HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN LEAD YOU CONTACT CENTER. I FEEL LIKE I GOT messed OVER BY GETTING YOUR CREDIT CARD. Please stay away this is not the BESTBUY it use to be. They use to set the bar high for customer service now its just trash.

Over the years I have purchased some unique models; however, I am beyond pleased with my purchase. Thank you, to honest & and not over baring sales representatives. Hunter & Mike are very knowledgeable and respectful. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything! Even the assistant store manager Billy, thanked me for my purchase. Thank you Guys!! I never knew they made an 8K UHD HDR Q900R 65” 4320p Smart Tv. I’m not your typical hard core gamer yet the Colors are Vibrant & Mesmerizing. With the 24K gold 8K HDMI cable, and the special edition Gears of War 5 Xbox One X. It’s the perfect package, meant to work together!

The whole family is happy and you will have new best friends. Randy from the Best Buy location at Cascade Station in Portland Oregon and his Manger have been amazing to to work with. Randy is fully up today with the Samsung staff and will go the extra distance for you. Randy and have been in positive commutation through this hole project. We have talked about several products in depth and in full detail about all products. I will be looking for Randy to be the CEO of Best Buy to be in a training program. I am a very sharp person and with high skill level. Sort of known as a person of a jack of all trades. From working with Randy we have talked about information for 2 plus hours and we are all set up. This was the last part of the puzzle and let me say at least this project is complete. Lots of information to think about and how this system will be included in to the house. Please do your home work. The more home work you do the better you will understand everything and enjoy the great quality time you will have with the family time. Thank you for all of your great and first class help. Now on the the staff who reviews the postings. Please see that Randy from the Cascade Station in the Magnolia Department has the opportunity to read the review. When there is customer service required Randy will be the only Best Buy staff I will work with of future purchases. You have a great employee he deserves a great reward. Thank you, River Rat
