    I wanted a bigger tv for the bedroom and knew I wanted another Samsung(have 2) Went from a 32” to 65”, from sitting on the dresser to wall mount, and what a difference! The Geek squad was right on time, super friendly, helpful & efficient! Added bonus, I purchased the $49 plan which guarantees refund if there’s ever a price drop. There already was a $100 price cut, & one simple call was all it took! Very happy with the purchase & customer service!

    I’ve always enjoyed shopping at the Joplin store. The store manager works just as hard as the other employees. The store staff all seem to know what they are selling and if they can’t answer a question, they find someone who can. Love this store!
