    Gods tv but has issues.

    Having to have the tv replaced because of a horizontal line in the screen. This is the second Samsung tv that I have had to do this. Other than that I like the Tv and the operating system. Samsung needs to fix the hard ware isssues that it knows it has.

    Broken during shipping

    Not the TVs fault, but was broken when we took it out of the box. Disappointed as we drove over an hour to get it. It must have been dropped in shipping. Was hoping the store would discount another one for my time and mileage having to come back, but would not.

    Horrible, horrible no return phone calls and no-show geek squad… Then they’re jacking us around on the refund… Said it takes two weeks… Had to call the credit card company… This company is not what it used to be and neither is the geek squad… They can’t even coordinate together… Horrible horrible experience… Since I have talked to two other people who have had the same experience we did.

    Price was aggressive but two months in and its not really working as well as day one. Furthermore, yhe newer tvs out now have dropped to compete with this price point.

    Excellent picture. I’m coming from a 65 in Sony Bravia in the same price category and this has been miles better. The OS is smoother and that’s important. I saw reviews saying Internet was difficult to set up, but that was not my experience. Everything has been pretty seamless and easy. I’m enjoying the accessibility and the picture quality. It’s only the first day, so I’ll update if anything changes, but so far… WORTH IT!

    Upgraded from 10 year old tv. Love my new Samsung. Picture is awesome TV sound is good but I’ll do a soundbar soon. Sale price was great and fast free delivery in 2 days.

    10 Year Replacement

    This purchase replaced a 55” Sony that was 10 years old. It’s amazing how much technology has improved during those 10 years, with a picture quality that’s a good as I’ve ever seen.

    So far we are very pleased with the tv picture and sound. The remote is small and not as handy as we would like but getting use to it. Delivery of the tv went very well and they took our old set with them. This is an extra charge but well worth it.
