This television is spectacular! It fits perfectly on our tv stand and the colors are vibrant. It's very easy to use and love all the apps! Highly recommend this tv if you're looking for a high quality tv at a reasonable price.

I have had my new Neo Qled 65" now for three days and loving it!!! I replaced it with my old, going on 14 year old Samsung 55" TV; never gave any issues in 13 years!!! Samsung is the way to go for your TV and appliances!! The Best Buy 2 guys not only set the tv up but also programed everything for me as well Love you guys!!! The only negative thing I have to say is that the TV speaker is not of good quality and so I find myself increasing the sound level to 30, 40, and sometimes close to 50!!! I am not going deaf by any means. I just can't hear my movies and it's frustrating. So, I am looking into a Samsung Soundbar and doing my homework and need something that will NOT break the bank. Just need better sound. That is why I gave only 4 stars for the TV. Other than THAT you better get a soundbar with this TV if you want a more positive sound experience!

I upgraded from a 49” Samsung QLED KS8000 to this 65” Samsung Neo QLED QN80D & i am impressed & highly satisfied. PS5 Pro & Xbox Series X games with VRR Game Mode on is so sweet. The colors are vibrant, the blacks are inky black & the whites are heavenly. I see zero banding & little to no white ghosting. For the price, i am surprised this hasn’t sold out. If you are a gamer, buy this now! Trust.

This is my 6th purchase of a Samsung TV from Best Buy and I love them. Each one is better than the one before and they are all still working great. The installation/setup by Best Buy of the last 3 are extremely helpful especially as the TVs get bigger and bigger. The installer is also great at explaining how to operate the new TVs. Best Buy is Great!!!

Love this TV! Beautiful picture and Samsung TV Plus gives you hundreds of free channels, all integrated into the Channel Guide. You can easily search for anything with voice search. Guys from the Geek Squad were friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions. I couldn't be happier, and this is a great deal that you won't find anywhere else.

The picture on this tv is incredible. I think this is the perfect in between model if you’re looking for quality picture without breaking the bank. Bought it 6 months ago and still love it.

Bought this TV over some of the more expensive models. No regrets. Picture quality is very clear. We also bought a Samsung sound bar/subwoofer to go with it. Once connected via HDMI, the system is very well integrated. No more messing with multiple controllers. For the price point, this system can't be beat!

Love the TV! The remote is difficult to get use to, too small, and you need a light on to see it. Just takes time to navigate and get use to smart TV

This NEO QLED has the best picture quality that I've ever experienced. Was looking at some cheaper options but I'm so glad I went for the extra bucks as it's sooo with it!

My wife really did her research on this model tv. It really has me blown away on how well the picture quality is and ease of functionality it has to offer is really just practical. I haven’t had a more easy to setup a more easy to use television until I bought the Neo QLED from Samsung

excellent tv. colors are bright. the remote works perfectly when using the internet. the websites are very bright and clear! waiting for the 8k!!!!!!!!!!!!
