I also wish the remote was backlit other than that I would recommend this TV!

If you have the money, skip the Q60-Q80 and go straight to the neo qled. 85 inch has a better panel than the 65 and 75, but the quality difference is very minimal.

The local dimming helps with light bleed, not as crisp as OLED but much brighter. Works great for a bright room.

Shame on Samsung for not including mounting screws

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have given this TV a five star rating, but when I opened the box, I learned that Samsung did not include any mounting screws for mounting the TV to a wall bracket. Earlier models in earlier years had a variety of sizes of wall mounting screws included in the box, so that you wouldn’t have to go to Home Depot to buy screws. Also, nothing in the setup instructions tells you the size screws needed for a wall mount, so you have to scour the fine print In the online specs to get a hint of the needed size of metric screws. Further, because this was an odd size, I had to go to two different Home Depots in order to get 4 screws, and had to buy varying lengths in hopes that I would find the right size. Very frustrating, and very cheap of Samsung to cut this out of the included package.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN85A TV and for your review. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with our internal teams.
Although we do not supply adapters or screws, the universal wall mount that you purchase separately will typically supply you with all the screws needed for their bracket to attach to our TV and to your wall. If they do not supply the screws you can find them at any hardware store, Screw Size M8 x 11-13mm. The length of the screws varies depending on the thickness of the wall mounting bracket, if spacers are being used, or if washers are being used. The thread pitch, regardless of TV size, is always 1.25 millimeters.
Additionally, please know you can find the necessary screw sizing for your model in the Quick Setup Guide included with your TV. You can also download it directly from Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > ‘Manuals & Software’ > TVs & Home Theater From there, you can select the QN85A TV under Samsung Neo QLED 4K > A Model Lineup.
