Thank you for choosing Samsung's QN85A Neo QLED 4K TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lip sync issues you are experiencing with your TV. It could possibly be a source issue, but if you are hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theater System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Please know that our 2021 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

ok tv not worth the price

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.tv was ok, because of the ADS panel instead of VA didn’t have banding as bad as the qn90a model, although had bad black crush and motion blurr was worse because response time is slower on ISP/ADS panels so didn’t keep it, also seemed to have a grainy picture on everything not sure if it’s from the ads panel or not, reflections could have been better to, it did have sharper image then the qn90a tho better colors to but isp panels naturally have that, poor angle views to washes out fast so good for sitting straight on

I'm still having trouble with finding what I want to see in the language I prefer (English). Maybe it's my incompetence but i don't think so.

It’s great to hear that you are happy with the picture of your new 2021 QN85A Neo QLED 4K Smart TV. The incredible image is powered by our new Quantum Mini LED technology which provides ultra-fine light control and deep black levels. Quantum Matrix Technology provides you with a bright picture with excellent contrast and color accuracy.
To change your TV menu's language, go to: Home > Settings > General > System Manager > Language.
To change the language of your TV's built-in voice assistants, go to: Home > Settings > General Voice > Bixby Voice Settings.
To set your preferred language for analog and digital channels, go to: Home > Settings > Broadcasting > Audio Options.
Please keep in mind languages supported by an app may be different from the TV language set in
the menu, and the ability to change the language depends on the app's provider.
