Bought this as an open box on sale, and DO NOT REGRET IT at all. Works great and the picture quality is phenomenal, putting on some of our favorites (Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings) look like we've never seen them, and other newer movies (Ready Player One or Ender's Game we pick up things we never did before and changes scenes almost entirely. While flatscreens may not have the best speakers in the world, huge upgrade from our 10year old Samsung 1080p flat panel, with a greater range they cover and clarity is far better. Also offers 120hz when plugged into with HDMI, and Forza 5, Halo Infinite, Horizon Zero Dawn and some others have looked great at 4k 120hz on my 3080. Wish that the wireless display apps (RDP, connect to a PC, or WIndow's wireless display) allowed 4k @ 120hz (or at least 60hz) but so far have only been able to get 30hz there.` Been looking at QLEDs for years, and even these Neo QLEDs are cheaper than QLEDs were and are thinner/lighter to boot. Also, remote has a solar panel on it and rechargeable battery....why has this not been done across the industry yet? No more AAA batteries to chase around, small change but still a welcome one.

Best TV I’ve owned. High quality picture and very bright. If you’re debating this tv or the QN90A. This Tv is very identical. Only advantage for the 90a is there’s less blooming at an angles but trust me you don’t notice it most of the time unless you plan to sit at the side of the tv all the time.

Bought this tv to replace my mancave tv so I could move the older one to the outdoor kitchen. This thing has great picture quality and great refresh rate when playing Call of Duty. Watching movies in 4k with the refresh rate is amazing. No screen juttering. I use a sound bar so I can’t speak on the sound quality.

I've had this amazing TV for a month! Incredible picture, and features. Easiest set-up I've ever done too. The remote is simple & so intuitive. I can't say enough about this.

Just bought this samsung qn85 tv. The colors are outstanding. The picture is great. The tv was easy to put together. It connected to the samsung 900 sound bar easily. Recommend both of these products!!

This tv is still going strong after 3 years. The song is amazing, especially paired with the Q series sound bar with sub and rear speakers. I wouldn’t change my purchase for any reason.

Excellent picture. It is bright clear and I cannot see any of the shadows or lack of blackness that reviewers mention. The processors are powerful so it changes modes and scenes quickly and seamlessly. Comparing the picture in BestBuy to lower level models the QN85A is clearly a cut above with much brighter and more precise picture. I thought the blacks were excellent. Seen side by side with the QN90A I could see no reason to spending the considerable extra money. As to the sound it seemed better than the TV it replaced but can't hold a candle to the Sonos Arc I bought to go with the TV. If you can find a deal, buy this TV. You will not be sorry.

Best tv I've owned and seen ave had the privilege to get by far. Great picture clear and no lag on high frame rate movies and games. 20 stars if i could lol

This is my first 65 inch TV and I have been impressed with the beautiful, bright picture quality and features. I needed a television bright enough to be used in a room with lots of natural, ambient light and this one works perfectly in that setting. Like most modern thin televisions, the sound quality is not terrific, but it is as good other modern televisions I have owned. I have supplemented the sound with a sound bar given the large size of the room where I am using the television and been very pleased with the overall performance.

Excellent Picture quality. Colors are authentic. Audio not so great - using soundbar instead. Remote is fairly user friendly.
