Bought this new 4K neo Samsung 65 inch smart TV to replace a 2018 Samsung 55 inch Smart. The 55 was put in the bedroom. The clarity is much improved & is a WOW when in our living room. We used a recessed outlet for both & they are almost directly against the walls. Great purchase. No longer needed a sound bar for this purchase.

I love this new TV. The picture is superb. It replaces a 45" Samsung that was 14 years old and had missed the "smart" technology. And, whenever I need a little advice, the staff at Best Buy are always very helpful. The 65-inch size fits very nicely in my family room and the wall placement really sets it off. Like the Best Buy wall hanger too; much simpler to use.

The new Samsung QLED tv is excellent. The picture is very sharp and clear and is excellent for showing photos both from a memory stick and via phone broadcast. The sound from the speakers is not very good and should have a sound bar or sound system to enhance it. The TV is definitely the top of the Samsung line. A nice feature of the TV is that it is very thin and hugs the wall very nicely.

Great clear detailed picture. Simple to set up and program.

Great picture quality with the 65" upgrade. Hoping that it last 11 years like my last 46" Samsung 9000 TV. The remote is very basic, after a week, learning how to use the apps. It has been a very easy and simple process to change from netflix/hulu to, directv, or to our xbox using ONE remote!!! Game mode on TV is very bright, make sure to switch after gaming.

Nice picture but not great. The colors are not as crisp and sharp as I expected, probably because it's a QLED and not OLED. I think the OLED TVs have a sharper picture due to a blacker background. However, there is less glare and reflection with this QLED with is a plus in rooms with lots of daylight. I did some setting adjustments with brightness and contrast which helped but still not OLED quality. Sound quality is good without a sound bar and changing between cable and streaming is pretty intuitive and easy. I recommend but not highly.

So far, so good. Great picture quality...but, obviously need 4k inputs to get the best. LOVE that this is 1" thick (mounted)! I chose the Neo QLED to handle bright room conditions (anti-glare), and to avoid image burn in possible with OLED. Note: I actually wanted the QN90A (better panel), but the sale price on this QN85 (and availability) made it a better decision.

Very easy to set up. User friendly with a great picture!

It's provided me many hours of entertainment with its great built-in features, and the TV has maintained its quality throughout the time I've had it. The blacks are very black and the color really pop. There's a little ghosting around white text atop a black background but most of the time that's not very noticeable.
