We are pleased with the whole process. We decided to get it delivered to our home cause the television was too large for our vehicle. The delivery came when scheduled and the people delivering were polite and helpful. The television quality is as advertised. Great picture. Good color quality and contrast. The only downside is the sound from the television, but I have never owned a tv that didn’t need a backup sound system for good quality. Overall very good purchase!

Picture with sunlight

Placed in a room with a lot of sunlight and the picture was not washed out. A little issue with the tv sound as the volume had to be turned up to 65-70. When I switched to surround sound it works great but I don’t always like to use that feature. I would recommend this tv.

Thank you for purchasing the QN85A Neo QLED 4K TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback on the volume of your TV. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

I spent the extra money to have the Geek Squad set everything up for me, I have a Bose surround system that sounds great, I love it, NEO QLED 65” was perfect for my living room, best buy at a great price!

The picture is great, set up was easy, remote is easy to control. the only real problem I have with it is the sound. watching TV on cable is like watching an old Japanese's movie. The sound and the lips don't match. Don't know why they can't fix this problem. Reading other reviews, I am not the only person having this problem. Watch ever is causing it, they need to fix it.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN85A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

I couldn't tell the difference, the picture quality is amazing!!!! I have this with a Samsung 700 sound bar. Total package is amazing

The picture quality is great and pairs with the Samsung sound bar nicely. The menu is fairly easy to navigate. Out of the box, I did have the "white clouds" appear at the edges during dark scenes but that has gone away and I don't notice anymore. Great product.

This TV has more than met my expectations so far! Picture is excellent. Sound is OK; I am using a sound bar which makes this TV great. Highly recommend.
