Met each one, and went above and beyond our requirements. She was extremely knowledgeable per the QLED Samsung television we purchased and was very patient. She demonstrated as to what “customer service” should actually look like.

After calls to Dish Network, Samsung, and Best Buy we were unable to top the tv from shutting down and then restarting. My wife found a post that said to turn off the powers saving and sleep timer functions. TV has worked fine since than.

Astounding. BUT- good luck getting a signal for anything! The wifi on this thing sucks. The tv buffers constantly. The router is in the NEXT ROOM over. No this is not an internet issue. All other devices run smooth. How am I supposed to watch ANYTHING streamable without proper signal? Not worth the price.

I purchased and open box item which turns on by itself when I try to turn it off. The channel and volume also have a mind of its own. A settings menu pops us from time to time and does not go away when I select the setting options. I guess I got what I paid for. If this was a brand new TV it would be great.
