    Awful TV, died just after the expired and no one will do anything about it! $1500 TV it’s absolutely unacceptable for it to be malfunctioning to the point we can’t watch anything. Turns on/off repeatedly, won’t stay on more than 5 minutes. I have TVs 20 years old or more that work just fine, poor manufacturing. Go with another company

    I was generally happy with the tv and delivery. The fiber optic plug door was cracked. I had tape the plug in so it would remain clicked in. Too much of a hassle to return the tv. I have tried to call Best Buy support but got frustrated

    2 no shows on delivery dates. Impossible to speak to anyone to solve issues. If you weren't the "only game in town", I would have cancelled the order. Can't call the store directly and only service people are overseas incoming service teams. $5000 order and couldnt get any help. The only person that could help was the store manager. I had to drive 30 minutes just to speak with him or anyone for that matter. He did his best but couldn't solve the issue.

    TV is exactly what I wanted. Excellent picture and very user friendly functionality. The only thing I wasn't pleased with is that the remote control is solar powered and my location of the TV gets very little natural light so I need to recharge it with the USB cable provided. Otherwise very pleased with my purchase.
