However, after about a week the remote control stopped working. I charged it but still nothing. After 2 hours with customer service, they are mailing me a new one. Hopefully I can update this review at a later date with more stars

The tv layout is an upgrade from the previous model. If you have a samsung phone, you are able to control the tv with smart swtich.

After owning mainly LG tv’s, I thought switching to Samsung might take some adjusting. But the UI is very user friendly, and it was very easy to set up and start enjoy my new tv.

This is a great value for a slight step down from the next step up displays. I ended up getting an nvidia shield pro to pair with it though because of the better upscaling and having an NBA app (it still confoinds me that Samsung still doesn't have one).

The picture was failing in spots and the sound would go out randomly. The Samsung matched the other Samsung TV's in our house and makes for easier use.
