best bet for a 2021 tv

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it’s getting 3 stars because out of the 10-20 tvs i’ve tried this year NONE come close to the performance of my 2013 $7000 samsung 4K curve, is picture probably best of 2021? for LED tvs? ya probably, also has best colors, motion for tv and movies have been improved through firmware updates, but it’s not the best, my 2013 samung curve tv literally had almost zero for gaming and tv, with this model gaming has horrendous motion blurr and sometimes makes me sea sick watching it, ya they have a game motion plus but then colors shift on the screen wit it on and also puts a stupid soap opera effect, which i HATE, so it seems all brand especially this year have downloaded BAD, but out of all the LEDs i’ve tried this is the best so guess i’ll stick with it till next year and see what else comes out

I am sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your gaming experience on Samsung's QN90A TV. Have you tried Freesync Premium Pro? This innovative feature optimizes your gaming experience with less lag, tearing and stuttering while providing you with peak performance, exceptionally high dynamic range visuals, and low latency for effortlessly smooth gameplay.
When Game Mode is set to On or Auto, the FreeSync (VRR) function is activated. You can check to see if Game Mode is on by going to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Game Mode Settings > Game Mode.
Additionally, you can press and hold the play/pause button on your remote when in Game Mode to start the Game Bar. Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) is one of the settings located within the Game Bar, which will show you which gaming functions are currently active, depending on the type of game you are playing (ON, OFF, FreeSync Premium, FreeSync Premium Pro).
If you find Game Motion Plus causes unwanted artifacts or causes blur when playing some FPS games, try toggling this setting to Off. You can disable this feature within the Game Bar when in Game Mode. You can also adjust blur and judder settings by going to Settings > General > External Device Manager > Game Mode Settings > Game Motion Plus Settings. Please keep in mind when you increase the values for Blur Reduction and Judder Reduction in Game Motion Plus Settings, the input lag will increase.

We had a wonderful salesperson who took time to explain the features of our tv. We had two awesome guys from the Geek Squad mount our new Samsung as well as remount our older tv in another room. They both took time to set up our tv and explain the features. We are very pleased with our purchase!
