I was on the fence for a few months of purchasing a new TV. I had a few different TVs i was considering, and only pulled the trigger on this when I saw this was on sale for an early Black Friday deal. It was $400 off compared to its $2099 MSRP. I am extremely happy with this product so far. I had to adjust some of the picture setting i.e. out of the box it has a picture clarity enabled which makes a lot of movies and show seem like they are being shown at 120 fps. The extra smoothing around moving obejcts makes the background look really flat, but the characters are slighly "popped out". I went back and forth with this setting and it took me awhile to adjust to this setting. It sometimes still looks weird for specific fast moving scenes in movies. Besides this feature, everything else with the TV has been great! The UI could use some work, but after using the TV for a couple weeks, working around the UI was not a problem. I am overally very satisfied with my purchase.

TV has an awesome picture. It's thin and easily wall mounted. It has cable tracks in back to facilitate getting the wires (electrical, Cat-5, and HDMI) into holes in the wall. The build quality is excellent and it's easy to tell a lot of thought went into the design.

Easy to use interface and integration with other smart things. Great picture quality, options to adjust and viewing angles. Bought to for our family room that receives a lot of light so our oled needed to be put in a darker room and the picture does not disappoint.

I had to wait for 4K content to understand the quality of the picture. 4K let’s you see what was seen on the Best Buy floor. The picture is fantastic in 4K. Sports in HD format, not so much. There is significant distortion when watching basketball or football players running.

Upgraded our tv as a Christmas gift for ourselves. We just love it. The color and clarity are amazing. So many options to choose from the adjust color and sound. We also received excellent customer service from your Mansfield store. Will highly recommend to friends and family

Geek squad did a fantastic job installing and then explaining how the television works! The TV itself was a good investment! Excellent sound and perfect picture quality! Almost like sitting in the movies with the wireless sound! So far very pleased!

Purchased this TV last month. We love it! The picture is bright and sharp. Our purchase experience in the store was flawless. Salesperson was knowledgeable,helpful,courteous. The setup team was the same and fast. All in all a great experience at BestBuy.

This is an excellent TV with a beautiful, vivid picture! I also like that it works with Apple AirPlay so that I can display my Mac computer screen in a different room in my house onto the TV screen. The associates at Best Buy were very helpful when we purchased it.

The new mini LED is a game changing technology: you get the same picture as an OLED, but without the risk of permanent picture burn in (and for less money, too). I’ve never seen a brighter picture on a TV with more vibrant colors, on a thinner TV. Well done, Samsung.

Spent a lot of time comparing OLED & QLED. My weakness is I like a bright TV, and the QLED's are brighter than the OLED. Very happy with choice. Blacks are still very good. Easiest TV I have ever set up out of box as well. Paired with a Samsung sounder & the sound is great.

What can I say? The whole experience was good. I ordered on line, the tv was ready in no time and the the folks loaded it into the truck for us. Unpacking, mounting on the wall and set up were very easy. We just love love the picture.

This TV is beautiful. The picture is so clear and vibrant. It’s been interesting to see old movies on a new TV. It looks like we imagine it looks while in-person. It took a little adjusting because it’s such a difference in quality. The speakers we added on are amazing!

Picture is fantastic. No matter the type of event, the color is vibrant. No shadows.

The good-- it does 4K and it looks awesome. That is why the 4 stars. The not so good--well lets just say Im still trying to dial this display in. The reds CRUSH bad and the greens are right behind the reds. Standard definition programs dont look so good. Ok- for the reason I didnt return it--because Im looking forward to a professional calibration , and after that, I know everything will be scientifically fine and correct. Just have to wait until then. I wish there was more 4K programming- everything looks better in 4K!

Probably the best upgrade I could have done from my last Samsung TV being an LN52A750 from 2007. It was definitely time for a new TV. The clarity and quality of the 65 Neo Qled is amazing. I am very satisfied with my new tv.

Wow. I had no idea how fantastic my new tv would be. The souls in magnificent. The picture is so real looking. And the geeks who put it all together for me were so helpful. It was better then I could ever imagine.

TV has been great. Put it in our gaming room and it looks and sounds great. Major issue we had was with the controller. If any of the directional buttons, channel button, or sound button was used, it was spaz out. Did not happen all of the time but it would happen once for ever 3-6 times any button was pressed on the controller. If the volume button was pressed down, the controller would spaz out and lower the volume 10+ levels (which was fun when the volume was pressed up). This would happen if we were in the Amazon Prime app and were looking through the movies, if the directional button was pressed, the controller would "click" to the right 10-20 times before it would stop. Made it extremely annoying to do anything!! We tried countless times to reset the controller, re-sync it, etc. but nothing worked. We called up Geek Squad and they were able to send us a new controller. Once we got the new one and sync'd it, everything worked fine! Aside from that, everything else has been great! Side Note: Geek squad did say if it was not the controller that was the issue, it was the controller sensor on the TV that could have potentially been the issue. When we received the new controller, it fixed the issue.

So I will say that I got this TV to support both my Xbox and PS5 at the same time and it has worked perfectly in that regard. My games looks crystal clear and run as smooth as they can. I have no complaints about this product whatsoever!

Very nice TV… Great 4k HD… Colors are outstanding and very clear.. Also best buy installaion of my tv and connecting to my stereo system and Wifi was very professional. Will definitely buy from Best Buy again!
