Great television. Wonderful bright colors. Was missing control and stand but it was find. We put it up on the wall (did not need the stand) and we had a control that works great for the t.v. Very happy with it.

THIS TV HAS THE BEST PICTURE I HAVE EVER HAD! I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW SHARP AND COLORFUL THE PICTURE IS. THE REMOT STOPPED WORKING AFTER 4 DAYS. SAMSUNG IS SENDING ME A REPLACEMENT.

We considered Sony, LG and Samsung and came away with Samsung. Vivd and saturated colors - that's what it is known for. Double LED panel gives off a rainbow but with the light source adjusted it is eliminated. Very satisfied

This Samsung television has remarkable crispness and color. Everything we play is like seeing it for the first time. This is our 3rd Samsung tv and we have never been disappointed with color quality and overall functionality.

Omg. Beautiful TV. The color and the sharpness of this Tv is amazing. I am just waiting for Comcast’s 4K DVD box to watch all my shows on 4K instead of only thru streaming. The sound is not so good but with a sound bar it’s awesome.

Awesome clarity! Awesome color! No reflection from anything in the room or other parts of our house. It went on sale a week after we purchased it and received a $400 refund!! Awesome customer service.

Love this TV. It is very clear and does not reflect the sun as badly as others. It is very large so we might need to mount it differently than we had our 55" mounted. But I have no complaints and am super happy when we watch our sports and shows.

I bought this as an open box, sight unseen thru the Best Buy sight. I counted on the description of the condition to be true but was very disappointed when opening the box to find out there was no remote or power cord with it. When you buy an open box item there is 4 grades of condition they list the item under. There is fair, satisfactory, excellent and certified. The box I bought was listed as excellent, meaning it had all the acessories, packaging and no damage. I opened the box in the store and found the unit and stand was the only thing in the box, I do like the TV just fine and don't need the stand but the lack of remote was a deal breaker. So I took it anyway and contacted customer support but all they would do was reimburse me for the price of buying the missing items. It was on me to do the leg work and order and wait for the replacements.

the vibrant colors really make this tv perform well in dark or well lit rooms. handles 4k next gen gaming very well for anyone that prefers the living room atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing TV. The only downfall I have found so far is my nest doorbell camera will send notifications to the tv but the camera will not load. The colors are vibrant, motions are smooth no batteries needed for the remote.

i got use to oled tvs and wanted to try out the new neo qled. i tried it a few days and i just couldn't get used to it compared to oled. i will say it does get really bright. but other than that i like oled way better for everything else. i thought it was all about brightness for hdr but its really not. the image on the neo qled looked washed out compared to the lg oled. and the viewing angles are pretty limited on non oled tvs. as soon as you step to and angle you loose brightness,colors and everything looks really washed out. since i don't have a really bright room oled is fine. maybe the only way oled might not work for you is if you have a really bright room.

Excellent mini LED television. I was debating myself to opt for OLED or LED. I am happy that this device is not much less than OLED. If your room is bright and you want best LED TV available then this is the TV.

I did a lot of research before buying this TV. No problems with initial setup. Certainly the best TV I’ve ever owned. The picture is fantastic. The Best Buy delivery service was excellent.

I was looking at this samsung and the lg oled. So glad I went with this tv for the environment it sits in is very bright and this tv is excellent. This is by far the best tv we have ever owned.

Picture is fantastic, I have windows directly across the the screen and it is so bright and clear that the picture is always clear even with the windows. Colors are sharp. Best description is WOW.

The best tv I’ve ever owned but a word of warning it can be extremely bright especially at night to the point it bothered my eyes until I turned down the brightness. After adjusting the brightness though it was perfect.

Love this TV! The picture is AMAZING! We are watching movies that we have seen 100 times and are seeing things we didn’t see before! Definitely different from what we have had in the past!

Clarity is great. Better than expected. Pretty simple to hook up. I continue to buy Samsung TVs. I have great luck with this brand. TV is tied to my stereo so I don’t have experience with the sound.

Great Picture and sound ! A huge upgrade from my old Tv that is from 2009. I don't have much more to add just that this TV is the best that I've had seen in my life.
