Just Not Good Enough

Picture looked to white washed when it was on basic comcast cable. Picture looked good when playing 4K on Netflix and Amazon but that was about it. Played with the settings but it felt like the picture to make it look less white but the faces started to look funny. I also felt like it couldn't keep up with fast sports such as NHL. We ended up returning it and bought the LG OLED. Broke my heart because I was a Samsung Fan-boy LOL.

Lasted less than 1.5 years. No picture

Still has sound when you turn it on, but no picture at all. We’ve tried everything. We are just outside the 1 year warranty from Samsung, which a 1 year warranty on parts and labor fir s very expensive TV is terrible. Buy something else - Samsung isn’t what it used to be.
