Awesome tv love the nearly frameless design beautiful picture not as dark as previous year of same model

The TV has an amazing picture and works well for gaming but the home menu is quite slow when booting up, especially after a few updates. I don’t use the TV speakers often but they’re not bad for stock speakers

I wasn't quite sure what kind of TV I wanted to buy, but the salesperson at Best Buy offered no-nonsense advice about the Samsung 65" Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. The picture is superb, and the remote is easy to use, even for someone like me who is technologically challenged. I wouldn't want any other TV!

This TV has vibrant colors and is a wonder to look at. We watched Jungle Cruise on it and it feels like you’re looking through an ultra-clear window! I would recommend getting a Samsung sound bar to go with it as they have some features only for Samsung TVs.

This is the best TV I have ever purchase . So I turn around and purchase a another one but smaller one.

So far love the picture quality. I've just changed over to DirecTV and can't wait to see how things look in 4K(have to wait to get my 4K hooked up. The tech gave me the wrong box). I like the remote also. It's a lot easier to work with compared to my LG. Quite satisfied with my upgrade.

This is my second Samsung 65" QN90A Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV as the first one needed to replaced due to a pixel issue. The return process was painless, and as I had the initial set installed by Best Buy's Geek Squad, all I really needed to do was select and date and time for the delivery and installation of the new set. While I've had the new set for just over a month, I absolutely love the vibrant colors and the clarity of the pictures (the TV remote is taking some getting used to as it's so small that it easily gets misplaced). The only downside to the TV that I have encountered is the lack of depth of available apps to download. Prior to the Samsung, I had another HD television where I was able to add such nonmain stream TV apps as Rakuten Viki (I watch it for their Korean programming). Given that Samsung is a Korean manufacturer I was both surprised and annoyed that this particular app isn't available on their lineup.

The picture is positively awesome. Color just explodes from the screen, the clarity is superb and the motion in sports is sharp. It is easy to use with clear instructions and easy to follow menus. 2 problems for us. Despite the anti-reflection, we get rainbow arcs across the screen from lamps in the room. Also, the dialogue of certain shows is muddled and hard to hear, so we are considering a soundbar.

I am a 71 yr old female that doesn't like to learn new technical items. I was looking for a user friendly Tv & I found it. I love everything about this one. The color is awesome & it was easy to figure out the control. I have access to many Streaming sites which is what I wanted. I would buy again.

Was easy to install and operate. I have not yet used all if its capabilities yet but very satisfied at this point. I did have bump my internet speed just a bit to get reliable video downloads required for 4k video. Audio works well my hearing aids and iPhone interface.

This was a huge upgrade from our 58" Samsung Plasma from 2009 not only in size, but also picture quality, and temperature. Temperature you ask? Our plasma got HOT when we used it in game mode. This LED TV is cool as a cucumber even when the settings are cranked up to blinding-mode to game hard. This unit was recommended as the top model to get for hardcore console gaming, and since my wife needed an upgrade, she is absolutely thrilled with it. Great Picture, great color, super thin bezel, an absolutely beautiful set. It was definitely time for an upgrade, even though our plasma TV was still going as strong as it did the day we bought it, and this was a perfect choice!

The picture on this television looks fantastic. Bought it on sale, well worth it.

Beautiful picture and great sound, we added a sound bar also from Best Buy! Great viewing from ALL places in our rec room. Like the stand in the center vs. outside legs. Easy to move, looking forward to gaming on it too.
