A great experience buying the television and sound bar. Jack was our sales person and he is outstanding. His knowledge about the products was superior as well as helping us pick the best option for the room based on sunlight etc. we were truly impressed and thank him very much. For the TV and Sound Bar they excellent and we are enjoying our purchase.

Samsung uses Tizen as the OS. It's fast and lightweight as compared to other OS. The best part about Tizen is its support of multiple types of devices, in smart TVs, refrigerators, smart stove/oven. The picture quality is amazing and up to par with other major brand.

The TV viewing is superb. The blacks and contrast are the best I have ever seen. It is in a room with lots of natural back light and the picture still comes through. The speakers are really good too. Biggest complaint and why this is not five stars is because of the software behind the settings and controls is not very good and always confusing. The Optical connection does not have a large range and trying to switch between the SB and native speakers was flaky so ended up just unplugging the SB. I tried the The HDMI ARC and it has issues too. The range was better but it would feet back and forth with the native speakers randomly. You have to have a Samsung account with credit card to get free streaming apps that are not already installed. The remote and various streaming apps are not always compatible as the forward, reverse, and back buttons don’t always work. The settings are not intuitively obvious and the help is not helpful. On the advise of the BB service technicians that installed the tv, I upgraded my FIOS cable box and the two dont work very well together. If it wasn’t for the picture clarity I would have returned it.

We upgraded to this model Samsung TV from an 8-year-old 55-inch model Samsung. The difference in the resolution, clarity and pure color is indescribable. This was a significant upgrade in the quality of the video, and it also meshed seamlessly with our older Samsung sound bar. Great product that has really enhanced our living room.

If you have a bright room, there is no better TV than this Samsung. With all the mechanism used to block out the light where all other TVs fail this TV shines. Some complain about the not having inky blacks of an OLED. Having a having a OLED that you can't even see during the day is a bigger problem to me. Worth every penny.

Love the TV, the colors and sharpness are amazing.

We replaced a 10+year old LCD television with this, and were surprised at the quality of the picture. We saw a demo in the store, and took it with a grain of salt but it lived up to promises. It works well with Alexa, and with our existing soundbar. The Samsung channels are a bonus, a nice addition to the antenna channels we receive.

Beautiful picture, easy to use, and so many features

Great TV with a great picture and tons of gaming features. The only negative is the Tizen operating system. It’s slow and not great to use.

Purchased an open box item and find the picture has crisp and colorful images. There was no literature with the TV, so I'm working from downloadable literature--lots of options for configuration. Samsung TV, with many channels built in for free, comes with the TV, and this was an unexpected plus.

Great TV with very clear picture, sound and brightness

This unit has a fabulous picture. It is extremely easy to operate. We LOVE the solar remote and the fact that we no longer have to buy batteries. We didn't realize it when we bought it, but we also got a lot of extra free channels with this purchase too.
