I am very happy with this TV, which I purchased to replace my 2015 Samsung TV (same size). The picture adjusts works well in various degrees of light, and the sound is great with my soundbar. Navigation is easy. Samsung is the best.

We needed a TV that had anti-glare option. We are very happy with the Samsung 65" QN90B. Perfect size for where we put it, and the tech's were very helpful in set up and answering our questions, even set up our sound system with it.

The initial one we bought had to be replaced because the either net port failed, and wf was the only way to use the internet on the unit. It does everything a smart tv needs to do. we like the fact that we can play xbox games on it, but its not the same as if we were going to play them on the computer. you have to sgn up for their ultimate online package in order to do anything whereas on the computer I can play what i like. the features on the tv are easy to use and picture quality is great. ultimately we are pleased with the purchase

This is my 2nd one! This is the best tv I’ve owned by far. Amazing picture quality, sound is average but I highly recommend a Sonos bar. All and all amazing tv.

The picture is great. The only problem is the reflection on the screen from all lighting and outside light from above across and to the side of the tv. Because it comes with its own stand, no extra brackets are needed.

This TV has a beautiful looking picture and good audio for a TV. Glad I went w NeoQLed as brightness and expected lifespan makes it a bit better for me than OLED, which is good also just needed a brighter TV. I am feel NeoQLed has become nearly equal in quality as OLED. This one especially has a good quality feel to it and one that is a higher tier TV for not much more than some lesser 4K TVs. I upgraded from same size 2014 Samsung 4k w an 2016 Upgrade Box(SEK3500) and picture quality in new TV is so unbelievable.

I absolutely LOVE this TV. I had to find a 65" TV that had a center support stand and this one is amazing. Great picture, unboxes easily, and the set up is a piece of cake. It works great with my Onkyo receiver.

Over the past 30 years i've bought all sorts of tv's but this one is off-the-charts. Picture quality and features are phenomenal. We also bought the high end Samsung HT system, so talk about perfect pairing.

An absolutely fabulous TV experience. Everything is so crisp and clear. The sound is better if a sound bar is used. I added a Visio Elevate system and that has made the total experience just awesome!

Picture is better than I expected in my bright living room. Roku not needed. I highly recommend this TV. Great value for the price.

Great picture, but no manual with the tv and the online manual wasn’t as helpful as I thought it would be. Getting the hdmi cables plugged in was a pain, some of my hdmi cables were too fat and could not be plugged in. I had an issue with an older cable I had connected to the hdmi arc port - av receiver. It resolved when I bought a new hdmi cable. Until I swapped the hdmi cable, it was allowing both the tv speakers and av receiver speakers to play at the same time. Also, the menu item to allow the tv to power on with my cable box instead of the main menu that has all the streaming services icons was buried in an odd place in the menu. I had to call Samsung support to find it… should have been in the manual. Oh wait, there was no manual! It’s a good tv, but a bit frustrating to get it set up!

Great purchase - needed better wide angle viewing experience and this set delivered - plus great picture with no glare in a room lite with plenty of sunlight. The geek squad did a great job. HAPPY!!!

It’s a nice TV. Bought this for my husband as a surprise for our new house. Is it worth the every penny? I have no clue. What I do know is its nice, crisp, and basketball is fun to watch

Replaced my 1 year old Sony tv for this one and it is a lot better than the Sony. The Sony's picture board went out in about 13 months. Sony refused to repair it, so Best Buy stepped in.
