Good TV. Overpriced in my opinion. Netflix app has issues that needs updating. After turning off Netflix app won’t start. Had to unplug. Not changed few options and no longer an issue. Picture quality is good, looks sleek. Installation/hook up was easy. Interface could be better.

Excellent TV! Was replacing a 11 year old smart TV. Lots of new things to adjust to give you a great picture. Sound is incredible. Did not need a sound bar.

Beautiful picture with enormous detail - it's surprising what some people actually look like when viewed in so much detail! By comparison, what's not up to snuff is the sound quality of this TV's speakers. It probably needs a sound bar to improve the clarity of the sound.

I’m about a month in and I’m really happy with the purchase. I replaced an LG OLED that had some burn in and color distortion. The LG had that real black that this TV can’t match, but everything else is better on the Samsung. Brightness, color and features are impressive. I like the remote even though I do miss a number pad to directly input channels. I can’t comment on the sound as I use a Soundbar.

All viewing angles are clear and picture is viewable during bright afternoons. Floor-to-ceiling windows all around TV do not prevent us from enjoying the TV.

Best quality TV I have owned Clear picture Ultra thin

The TV has been up for about 3 weeks now and I am happy with the purchase. Initial use included audio just from the TV (had to re-run speaker wire) and the sound was surprisingly good for a thin unit such as this, but for "big" sound on movies you need to use external speakers of some kind. The picture is amazing and the blacks, as promised are fantastic. When initially running just through the cable box, I did experience an audio to video lag, but "plumbing" everything through the AVR seems to have solved the issue. I did run into some problems adding apps and activating them, so it may take multiple attempts before they work. Samsung needs to provide a longer power cord with the unit as most users will likely find it too short for most installations. I bought a 12 ft. cord to replace for $11 so not a major problem to fix, just annoying. I would give it 4 1/2 stars due to the issues mentioned, but that isn't an option. We'll see how it holds up.

Bought this to replace an older samsung tv. Incredible. Leagues better than anything I've seen out there. Recommend to all if it's in your budget
