Great picture and TV all around but it really stands out in daytime performance in my very bright living room. Looks excellent even on the brightest days when my other TVs I’ve had looked washed out. Picture quality is also excellent, impressively close to OLED. I can’t comment on the internal speakers since I use a sound bar. The Smart TV OS also functions well, my only complaint is the voice recognition has to be set up from Alexa or Bixby.

Very pleased with NEO purchase. Previous was 50" plasma .Geek set up . Thet recommended Optimized setting but because near large window The bright screen more OLED type setting felt washed out to my eyes. After few days reset the settings, a lot better to eyes. Great for sports .The 3 channel sound bar is a great addition. We already had Roku , which made the set up very easy. We sit about about 25 feet from screen with catherdral ceiling, made the jump from 50" to 65" was a big change but perfect for the room. Plenty big. Pretty happy with NEO, when you are not sure between QLED & OLED,get the best of both worlds.

The 65 inch Samsung was a smart purchase. Beautiful screen, easy to navigate and economically priced. The best part was the two Geek Squad Technicians who set it up. They were delightful and knowledgeable. They made the whole experience comfortable and less nerve racking.

I love this tv. Upgraded from an older 5 year old model. I love the intelligent AI that automatically selects the next picture mode. I like how it comes with games somewhat built in. Not all of them are free in fact most of them are not. You have to subscribe to the various gaming services to use them. And for the Xbox ones it's a better experience simply to play it through the Xbox instead of the tv.

The picture quality is amazing. We have this tv in living room with tons of natural light coming into the room. There is absolutely no glare even on the brightness of days. Sound is mid, I will eventually hook up ceiling speakers to better the experience. Love the rechargeable remote and how simple it is. If you need a tv for a brighter light room this is the tv to get. Also like how thin the tv is. It is mounted over our fireplace and is no thicker than a painting on the wall.

Very satisfied with this TV. Bought it for good price. Installation by Geek Squad went without a hiccup. Very much appreciate the way the men unpacked the unit, installed the stand, and got the whole setup down quickly. We love the picture on this set. This completes our living setup to watch the Braves' games. We can actually see the pitch count, outs, and score without squinting.

It’s been a great TV, but getting it up and running with my stereo and devices was a 12 hour ordeal! I followed their instructions and troubleshooting leads and got very little accomplished! In the end after much frustration I basically stumbled upon the factory settings that were keeping the vcr and stereo from coordinating with the tv and now so far everything seems to be working fine! If you have previous devices like a good stereo system with all the surround features I would recommend having a representative help you!

I purchased this tv only due to having an accident with my 2022 Samsung. This tv has great brightness and the picture is sharp. The speakers work very well! The remote is rechargeable and has a sleek design. I would definitely recommend for purchase. I got it on sale!

I was in the hospital. Faced with something called GPA. Wegner's disease. Two months ago. Obviously, I'm still here. While I was in the hospital, I decided to treat myself to a new TV and sound system. At the time work was out of the question. Uncertain how long recovery would take or even if it was possible. That was the buying trigger. The TV is incredible. I bought it with the Samsung HW-Q930 sound system. Awesome match. Words cannot express my utmost satisfaction. Seriously.

The tv is thin, light, and performs really well. Great picture and sound is better than expected for being so thin.

This model I love all the features. Everything about this tv goes beyond my expectations. BBUY service, instillation on time no problems. 5 samsung tvs in my house. My son in VA while we were on vacation needed new tv ,No bbuy credit acct showed him samsung bought and opened C.C acct. They recently bought dishwasher. i have been customer 40 yrs now.

I am very pleased with my new Samsung QN90D QLED TV. The picture is very crisp and the colors are terrific. The picture quality is excellent from all viewing angles. I am especially pleased with the sound quality. Watching live sports is when I especially appreciate the picture and sound. I also recently watched "The Sound of Music" on network TV and really noticed the picture/sound quality. The delivery/installation crew was efficient and polite. They made certain I was comfortable with the remote and all features before they left. I give this set and purchase experience an A+!

Went to Best Buy looking for a 60-70 inch Smart TV and the salesman was patient, knowledgable and friendly. Spent a great deal of time answering our many questions and we were very confident we had made the right choice buying 65 inch Samsung. Picture quality is awesome.

TV quality is very sharp and bright. OS is very quick, no delays on app selection and very quick loading for 90 percent of apps ive downloaded so far. I dont like the fact it doesnt have an input selection button, but rather an auto-detection feature that lets you choose the input as an app, no way to toggle through inputs that ive found yet. Great loud sound. 4K HDR content plays beautifully. Super slim, however it is on the slightly heavier side. Bought as an open box deal, the tv was still wrapped in plastic.

Quality of the tv screen is clear. The clarity and color is very unique to your space. I don't like to watch things in a dark room, but the light that reflects from the screen helps see a lot more. I'd wish for these tv's to be more consistent with their colors based of your lighting preferences.

Great picture ! Not too many products out there that give you the total package color , quality and value. Samsung does it right.
