    I bought this TV as a replacement for a previous Neo QLED model that had been damaged accidently. I was surprised/delighted by the subtle improvements that were made by Samsung over the past couple of model years. Great TV for the price!

    WOW! This Samsung Neo QLED has a very clear picture and in our living room surrounded by windows does not have a hint of a glare on the screen. AMAZING. I have purchased dozens of televisions in my lifetime and this one is the best by far.

    Best and brightest i have seen from a TV in a minute, big bonus is the “glare-free” screen. I did not expect it to do so well in my new homes living room. I can’t speak for the TVs built in speakers because i use a soundbar, but again i am really impressed with the quality of the picture in this TV and how well it upscales with older shows, we have been watching Dexter, and my wife just cant believe TVs can be so different since we upgraded from a Crystal RU8000

    No Reflections and good viewing angle

    Pros * I bought this TV because it has no reflection from the window. I can view it from the dining room at a 45-degree angle. * The remote is solar-powered. Don't need to change batteries. * QLED gives very clear pictures. * TV loaded with apps. If you like, you can download many apps to the TV. Con * Sound is so so. Need a sound bar.

    Very expensive but if you have a window in your living room giving you glare problems, it doesn’t get any better.

    Samsung mini led replaces LG OLED

    Excellent TV. Resolution and color very good. I purchased the Samsung mini led to replace an LG OLED that had burn-in and and green color blooms. The blacks are not as sharp as the OLED but very acceptable. I use it in a home theater so I cannot comment on sound quality.0

    Amazing TV

    My old tv was located on a brightly lit room and it was frustrating watching darkly lit horror movies or shows. Did some research and found the anti glare technology interesting. Finally descided to buy it and was blown away by the brightness and anti glare. Highly recommended if facing the same glare issue.

    The Tv is fine . I have had issues with the connection that I have been told it’s my cable provider not the tv. However, your customer service representative was very rude and not professional in helping me. I am done with Best Buy

    Popping noise

    The TV has a popping noise every time it gets turned on. This is a common thing with this television.

      Thank you for your review of the Samsung QN90F TV. A light popping or clicking sound may occasionally be heard due to the natural expansion and contraction of the TV’s outer casing as it warms up or cools down.

    Best Buy cannot handle customers who own more than

    Purchased a TV to be installed by Geek Squad in our SC home. On day of install, the technician called to say the would be at our home in Connecticut shortly. I called the 800 number and was told only the store could help. Went back and they could not install before we went back to Ct so we cancelled the order. The store manager told me that is a common problem with their system changing delivery addresses for people who own more than one home. Needless to say we will never use Geek Squad or purchase from Best Buy again.

    absolutely horrible colors and focus bad from the moment it was turned on delivery guys said my box. which had no problem with the one they replaced best buy kicked me to samsung. No help at all. 3 weeks have gone by and samsung just contacted me about a service man to come out. No need bought a sony and it was installed 8/11 Worked beautifully from the monent it was turned on geek guys were messy and seemed like they were new at installing
