SCAMsung has absolutely become a garbage company and it shows. the QN90F has horrible pixel translations which results in really bad motion blurr. i couldn't even use the TV more then half hour because motion smearing was so bad. 90F color is washed out, game mode had lifted blacks and looked grayish. samsung use to be the best in early-mid 2000s. now there just garbage and even there appliances have bad reviews. i went with the TCL QM9K and it miles better for less.

Picture Quality is great and I think the TV when working performs well. The problem is I received it Friday and by Monday morning it is no longer turning on. I’ll reserve judgement for after I get the TV warranty claim done, but this is not acceptable.
We appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. We recommend you contact Best Buy Customer Support or your local Best Buy store directly for assistance in correcting this situation. We hope your issue is resolved in a timely manner.

Hard to control color and brightness levels

I want to love this TV but I'm having a very difficult time adjusting colors/brightness to be consistent across different viewing sources, e.g., live sports, YouTube videos, etc.
Thank you for your feedback on the picture quality of your QN90F. You may want to try disabling the following features: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving • Brightness Optimization • Energy Saving Solution • Motion Lighting
If these are already off, check if Contrast Enhancer is enabled, which can also cause brightness to shift depending on content: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer.
Please know you can easily adjust the picture on your screen by using our preset Picture Modes. To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include: • Standard – Ideal for general viewing • Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces • Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency • Movie – Best for viewing in low light • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content
We hope these tips are helpful. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available from 8AM - 12AM EST, seven days a week. Imagine spending $2500 on a TV and not having control over it's content. Samsung broadcasts advertising on the TV's homepage that takes up half the screen. With no way to eliminate that function, You are forced to see whatever is making THEM the most money. I will never purchase another Samsung product
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the QN90F TV - we'll be sure to pass this along to our internal teams.

Horrible experience. The Color saturation is awful. The contrast between different picture settings has not improved it and manual reset of the TV back to its factor settings did not help either. Please be careful when making this purchase

A picture and this is amazing! Report this in a room that has three walls, patio doors and huge windows. There is no glare and picture is great anytime of the day. So much better than I expected! Read all the reviews and honest to be recommended for very bright rooms. Don’t hesitate to purchase if you’re thinking about it.

Very nice so far. The only negative is the remote control, which is very small (OK), bit backlit (not OK) and has all markings in dark ink so I have to use a flashlight to pick the right button!
Still 5 stars only because BB has a Phillips remote control that fixes all those issues at very low price. Get it!

WOW! This Samsung Neo QLED has a very clear picture and in our living room surrounded by windows does not have a hint of a glare on the screen. AMAZING. I have purchased dozens of televisions in my lifetime and this one is the best by far.

Best and brightest i have seen from a TV in a minute, big bonus is the “glare-free” screen. I did not expect it to do so well in my new homes living room. I can’t speak for the TVs built in speakers because i use a soundbar, but again i am really impressed with the quality of the picture in this TV and how well it upscales with older shows, we have been watching Dexter, and my wife just cant believe TVs can be so different since we upgraded from a Crystal RU8000

My old tv was located on a brightly lit room and it was frustrating watching darkly lit horror movies or shows. Did some research and found the anti glare technology interesting. Finally descided to buy it and was blown away by the brightness and anti glare. Highly recommended if facing the same glare issue.

The Tv is fine . I have had issues with the connection that I have been told it’s my cable provider not the tv. However, your customer service representative was very rude and not professional in helping me. I am done with Best Buy
