Horrible experience. The Color saturation is awful. The contrast between different picture settings has not improved it and manual reset of the TV back to its factor settings did not help either. Please be careful when making this purchase

Price drop shortly after purchasing, should get credit.

Canceled service. Will never shop again. Why schedule a service to cancel and wait two more weeks

I am very happy with this tv overall, the processor seems to run amazingly. Switching between game console, and apps that I have downloaded on the the tv are fast! Almost no hesitation or lag. The picture is amazing, bright and clear (FYI from what I have read the tv range can hit as high as 2500 lumens in brightness) one drawback is blooming from bright images on a dark background but it is not a deal breaker for me.

Excellent TV. Resolution and color very good. I purchased the Samsung mini led to replace an LG OLED that had burn-in and and green color blooms. The blacks are not as sharp as the OLED but very acceptable. I use it in a home theater so I cannot comment on sound quality.0

A picture and this is amazing! Report this in a room that has three walls, patio doors and huge windows. There is no glare and picture is great anytime of the day. So much better than I expected! Read all the reviews and honest to be recommended for very bright rooms. Don’t hesitate to purchase if you’re thinking about it.

Picture is very good. Enjoy the smart features. The mat finish makes it better for rooms with windows. Would recommend.

Very nice so far. The only negative is the remote control, which is very small (OK), bit backlit (not OK) and has all markings in dark ink so I have to use a flashlight to pick the right button! Still 5 stars only because BB has a Phillips remote control that fixes all those issues at very low price. Get it!

I bought this TV as a replacement for a previous Neo QLED model that had been damaged accidently. I was surprised/delighted by the subtle improvements that were made by Samsung over the past couple of model years. Great TV for the price!

WOW! This Samsung Neo QLED has a very clear picture and in our living room surrounded by windows does not have a hint of a glare on the screen. AMAZING. I have purchased dozens of televisions in my lifetime and this one is the best by far.

Perfect size. Color is very good. I can see the golf ball when we watch golf.

Best and brightest i have seen from a TV in a minute, big bonus is the “glare-free” screen. I did not expect it to do so well in my new homes living room. I can’t speak for the TVs built in speakers because i use a soundbar, but again i am really impressed with the quality of the picture in this TV and how well it upscales with older shows, we have been watching Dexter, and my wife just cant believe TVs can be so different since we upgraded from a Crystal RU8000

Love my Samsung. Have always enjoyed the picture and quality of this brand. Set up through Best Biy was seamless also. The store rep has been trained by Samsung and was very helpful in helping me the right TV for me-I would go to him for any further pirchases

picture was beautiful when viewing in front of t.v. however take 2 steps to right of center or left of center and the picture bleaches out. viewing angle is not good. I will recommend this t.v. to anyone who doesn't really care about the viewing angle

Very expensive but if you have a window in your living room giving you glare problems, it doesn’t get any better.
