I guess TV’s nowadays don’t have a forever life. Right at the 10 year mark my 60” Samsung decided to quit. I knew it was going to happen and I already had this 65” in my cart waiting for the Black Friday specials. Best Buy Geek squad promptly exchanged the TV’s and added a new sound bar for me also. Quality of picture is very nice, I have a lot of light in my great room and the screen is not affected.

Bought the Samsung to replace my LG that quit working, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Setup was easy and the picture looks amazing. The colors are vibrant and really pop. The interface makes it easy to get to all my streaming services. Even though I was able to fix the LG, I liked the Samsung so much that I kept it and hung the LG in my grandson's room.

The product is good after an exchange or replacement of a new one. The exchange transaction was smooth as well.

Great picture, easy setup. Will set up a sound bar next for movies.

The salesman provided detailed information about the different TV type and explained the advantages of each type. This gave me great information into what I was looking for. The installation team were very professional and ensure my wall mount was properly leveled and that the TV rested properly on the mount. All I did was sit back and watch them work. Great job from both sales & installation

I purchased this to go at the end of long room with minimal natural night. It is perfect for this dark room. The HDR10+ paired with a panasonic ub450 4k bluray player is amazing The 4K upscaling is stellar when watching 1080p blurays and even DVDs look remastered on this TV.. It is such an upgrade over the basic LG LED tv I was using. The premade picture modes are alright. I find myself using only the filmmaker mode and the AI mode. I find the light sensor works very well on adjusting the color and brightness of the TV screen in daytime conditions. The dynamic mode is way too saturated. It's best to tweak them yourself, then the TV looks perfect. The color calibration feature using your cell phone and the samsung app to calibrate the screen worked great. The picture looked much more accurate after enabling that. I have no issues with daylight use. This TV is in front of two small windows, so there is no direct light on the screen and the TV is bright enough to still have amazing detail and contrast with the sunlight behind it. I have this tv paired with a samsung hw-n650 with rear expansion, so I don't use the TV speakers. I really appreciate the TV having the option to place the stand's feet in either the middle or the outside of the TV, so your TV stand width should never be an issue. I have used the TV for PC games through HDMI from my PC and it looks great for game use. Regular PC use is not as great. Game mode is amazing on this TV. I have used some of the features and they really make a difference when playing console games too. I also use a TV antenna for live TV with this TV and the channel guide and system works fine. The picture looks as good as expected for HD antenna picture and audio. The Tizen OS is HORRIBLE. That's why I am giving this 4 stars. It is beyond slow. It takes upwards of 10 seconds just to load the quick popup menu to quickly change the picture modes, inputs and such. Then when it does load, if you attempt to try change the picture mode or turn on the AI picture mode, it says "the function is not available at the moment and to try again later." Really? Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 tries of opening the menu to get it to work. Using the streaming apps in the tizen OS is not an issue though. Those work fine and I find the quality of the streams to be great. The TV is all up to date on updates. I have deactivated the automated Samsung TV+ playback and it is just as slow. Another thing is the screensaver. I understand it is an OLED, so it is saving the pixels timespan, but it comes on so quickly and there is no option in the settings to change it. For someone that uses the TV light as room light at night when leaving the room for a moment, it sucks pausing a movie and coming back a minute later to a pitch black room. Another very annoying consequence of this screensaver feature, albeit probably a good thing if you're a heavy listener due to stationary menus, but if you use the Spotify app for the tizen OS, the screensaver comes on when you have the song playback screen on the TV, which sometimes is annoying to have to push a button on the remote to wake the screen.

It was truly an excellent choice. I love the image, and the size is perfect. Highly recommended.

Picture is perfect, sound is good (when coupled to a Q symphony sound bar its amazing). Fast menu response but also slightly clunky navigation, certainly not straightforward going from Roku (HDMI) to TV or another app. Overall very happy with it.

Great picture. Works well in a brightly lit living room with natural light. No glare or reflections on the screen. The tv has decent sound, nothing special because the speakers seem to be in the back of the tv. Adding a soundbar is recommended for better quality and clarity of sound.

I’d say this is the best bang for your buck OLED on the market at the time of this comment. S95F is obviously electric but the screw finish is not necessary especially if you do not have to battle any sort of glare in whichever room you intend to place the TV. Price between the S84 and 85 was minimal which is ultimately why we chose to go with this. No regrets.

Love the TV. The picture is top quality. I have all Samsung tvs but this is my first OLED. The picture and the sound are far better than my other Samsung TVs. The curved Samsung I purchased 5 years ago was a 55" but the picture and the sound are not nearly as defined as the OLED.

I love the quality and the color of the TV! It's beautiful and no glare! I also love the fact that it's so light to move and it's super thin!

I purchased the television for its wonderful size and rich picture! I am elderly and the larger screen and crisp sound are exceptional. I needed some help with adjusting the array of features that were available but I absolutely love all the additional channels provided by the Samsung TV Plus feature. I especially like the OLED feature that permits clear viewing from an almost 90 degree angle since my kitchen is off to the side of the living room area. The remote is simple to use and easy to understand. Honestly, I've had some remotes that had too many buttons and were confusing to decipher. Overall, I feel very happy with my purchase and the price point was very reasonable considering all of the features, especially the voice command capability. I would recommend saving the boxing materials for future to ensure safe transport!

This tv is one of the nicest tvs I’ve ever seen it is very high quality and even though it’s thin the sound is still very great it was very easy to set up and just overall wonderful.

This product is worth it for the price. Great color and gets bright enough for medium darkish room. Just don't let direct sunlight on the tv and you'll be good. I do recommend adding a streaming box to it like a Google Chromecast or Onn Plus.
