Thank you for sharing your experience with Samsung's S90C. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to reset all current sound settings to the default settings by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Reset Sound

We have super fast WiFi and had the TV wired in so it wasn’t our connections. The remote had so many buttons and small it was awful to operate. Went back the same day.
