    Great TV when it is working. This TV checked all my boxes, great for movies, computer games, etc. One flaw, dead after 4 months. It is under warranty, and I am awaiting a new power supply. Been down over a week, and looks like it will be another 1-2 weeks for the parts and reschedule the tech. My previous TV a 65" 930D Sony, still working after 10 years.

    Worked for 1 week. I Cant turn it on. Samsung tech cant turn it on. Returning for new TV. THE WORST FROM THE START.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with apps. If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

      Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    Great picture quality but the TV became a brick after only 1 year. Panel repair is apparently more than the TV… I’ll stay away from Samsung for a few years.

    I purchased this TV in Feb. 2024. I have been an avid supporter of Samsung TV’s and sound systems but this TV has been a major disappointment. Thus far Samsung certified technicians have been to my home on 3 occasions and i am now awaiting a 4th visit. The motherboard has been replaced twice and the power board has been replaced once. I currently have a black screen with a clicking noise. A Samsung technician asked why I didn’t just buy another TV. This seemed inappropriate after spending this much money for a TV that repetitively quits working. I have other Samsung TV’s, soundbars, subwoofers and accessories and have never experienced a problem. In fact, i had friends who purchased the same TV and soundbar with subwoofer due to my confidence in the expected quality of Samsung TV’s. They haven’t experienced problems. I believe I likely purchased a lemon but unfortunately one of the technicians says Samsung will likely never replace the TV. Best Buy says it is a problem I must address with Samsung since it is still under the manufacturer’s warranty. In this case, i am extremely disappointed in Samsung and Best Buy knowing nobody is willing to do anything more than a temporary fix while I have a nonfunctional TV for the majority of time. I fully trust my Best Buy contact but I believe his hands are tied. Despite many good reviews, I see I am not the only person experiencing problems with this Samsung TV and the lack of correcting my problem. Another friend who was planning to buy a Samsung TV has decided against it in light of my ongoing problems. Buyer beware.

    I am sorry to say this about other people reviews but this tv is terrible!!! I based my buy off of these reviews and I regret doing that, even for the price I paid! I wouldn't buy it for 500$. The picture looks amazing when it wants to( crystal clear) but if you plan on watching something with any movement it will stutter like no other!! Plus animation doesn't look to great either. I tried so many different shows and movies. It was just sub par for animation. I am going back to a hi end mini led tv. Until these companies really fix up the kinks out with this type of tv im not touching these tvs with a 10ft stick. The remote is terrible too.

      It's unfortunate to hear you're not having the same great experience that the majority of our customers report having. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

      You may also want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

    Total garbage. User interface is a mess. Samsung did an update a few months ago that left four of my streaming apps unable to stream and they have not addressed or fixed it. Multiple forum threads show others experiencing the same issues. AVOID SAMSUNG! THEY SUCK!

    Very disappointed in Best Buy thatvthey would sell and advertised that this was a new, never used, new in box. No where did it say refurbished. I called customer service several times when i saw my online order state new, the next day said refurbished. CS agent assured me it was new and not refurbished. When delivered it was in open box. Called CS back, again the assured me it was new. Told delivery to return it, they said they couldn't on open box items. Called best buy 6th time, sorry but no.

    I've had the TV for just over a year and it's broken. The screen has lines going through the bottom part. Haven't moved it since first purchasing the TV, it's literally stayed in the same location. No reason for it breaking...

    So far so good! Just one weird thing is when i connect it to my ps5 the screen is all black but you can hear it on until i manage to get to warzone then it works totally normal, so i dont know what the problem yet, waiting on geek squad

    Frustrating Experience - BestBuy is Failing me!

    I purchased this TV and a Denon AVR-S970H & hired the Geek Squad to install and configure it for me. Installation was scheduled for 11/24. When completed, there was no audio when using the cable box as the source through the receiver. Hector explained that he has seen this before and the fix was to replace the cable box. We did and it did not fix the problem. 11/27 - Chris from Geek Squad came to our home to trouble shoot. He initially called out the Samsung Cable Box again but after some discussion he then recommended that we replace the Denon AVR-S970h. 11/27 - I contacted Bestbuy Customer Support and scheduled the Denon replacement for Thursday 11/30. 11/30 - The Bestbuy Geek Squad did not show up to replace the Denon. Customer service can see the notes on our account and apologized that the appointment was not scheduled. My wife took the day off from work to be present for the Denon swap. 11/30 - We are continuing to talk to Bestbuy Customer Service to have the Denon swap occur. They offer more apology than action - very frustrating. I'm hoping that BestBuy will be able to schedule the new receiver soon. I purchased equipment and installation services from Bestbuy just so I could avoid this frustration. My assumption was that they would know what they are doing but it appears my assumption is wrong, I'd like to note that the Samsung Cable Box I have always worked using my older Denon receiver. So the cable box being at fault is unlikely. I'd also like to note that I used an HDMI cable directly from the Samsung Cable box to the new Samsung TV (Bypassing the new Denon) and video and audio both work. This would seem to isolate the problem to the Denon AVR-S970H. I'm completely frustrated with Bestbuy right now. HELP!!!!

    Good, but not WOW! good. Seems to be many problems with connectivity with my Spectrum Cable service that I did not experience with my old Samsung.
