Fantastic TV. Incredible screen detail, sound, and quality. Delivery should include more than just leaving the box on the floor in the living room. Reservation details were vague regarding what delivery included, specifically.

I’ll be getting it on Friday. I was stuck between the Sony and Samsung. My dad told me to check out this beauty. My eyes lit up when I compared the picture quality between the two in the store. Needless to say, I choose this one.

This is my first Oled television. Wow! What a difference. The picture quality is outstanding. It is an exceptional television and worth the price.

Product itself is great. We bought an 'open box - excellent condition' and it was missing multiple components that should have been included. Remote, TV stand, back panel. Still waiting on replacement parts. The smart TV was also not set back to factor settings and had someone already logged into the TV.

TV is excellent with easy access to all apps. I cannot attest to sound quality since I channel the sound through my surround system. The Best Buy Geek squad were very helpful hooking everything up.

This TV has an awesome picture and it is so thin! I paired it with the Samsung symphony soundbar and thank Geek Squad for mounting the TV/Soundbar over our fireplace!
