The is an excellent TV. The picture is amazing. It almost seems like you are watching live. The sound is also very good for TV speakers. Set up is easy and we find it easy to stream our favorite apps.

My cousin tv was hit by lightning asked if i could help. Of course i do TV's for myself and keep up on what is new and i can see with my own eyes not demo's .This started a problem because i install it for our cousin my wife saw the picture frist turn on and said i want one so we went back and got 2 more my wife and her sister. Set those up and they are very happy. Now i thought i was done my brother sees my wifes now he wants one ending up setting up 5 sets. Only 1 had a problem took it back to best buy next day replaced with same tv and set only problem with set 5 battery on remote was dead chaged it with usb Now all 4 sets are running great .

We decided to visit best buy instead of shopping around online or in other stores and we had a great experience! The workers were very helpful and answered all of our questions. We ended up buying the Q7F and had to get it delivered a couple days later. The delivery was quick and simple, now with our new tv the picture quality is great considering its next to a sliding glass door so it tends to be very bright. We had already bought another tv from best buy the past year for my daughters room and it still works great. We are very happy with our purchases :)

Great picture, easy set up, remote improved over older generations, and rather intuitive. I'm not sure it's worth the money to go to the G Series for 95% of the population.

So far this has been a really good TV. The picture is absolutely amazing. Im only giving 4 stars out of 5 because the remote feels a little cheap and the user interface can be a little quirky at times but I would still recommend.

Love the picture, easy to set up. Sound okay. Bought a sound bar for audio enhancement. Very happy so far.

Awesome! Had a few large televisions HD, 4K, QLED…this one is the best I have owned. I scaled down from a 75 inch to a 65 inch for this purchase, I feel the picture is so vivid and crisp, there is no noticeable difference other than the extra space I gained! Recommend this model over some of the other comparable televisions from other brands!

Excellent picture quality, fast refresh rate, pretty easy to understand interface, and allows you to maximize Xbox Series X/PS5 optimal performance. A little pricey, but definitely gives you your money’s worth!

The picture on this TV is absolutely beautiful. The image is Crystal Clair the motion is clear colors, and the colors are brilliant. It’s a great TV. I recommend this excellent TV!

Great quality. Vibrant colors and wonderful picture quality. Easy to navigate. Only complaint is the remote, as it does not have batteries, and has to be turned upside down to charge.

This is a great TV. If you truly want the maximum sound and clearest picture there are couple of things you need to do. First, use high end HDMI cables. I paid $300 for the cables and it is worth it. Second, the incoming signal has to be high enough quality. The TV can only show the quality that is coming in. I switched to YouTube TV and 1000 mps fiber optic service. At first, I was unhappy with the TV. The guy from Best Buy explained it this way. If you put 87 octane gas in your Ferrari it will still run, but you won't get the the full performance. Same with 4K TVs.

Great TV, the colors on it are a dream. Does really well in our Well lit Living room, and the stand on it is very sturdy. Really bright TV too.

Great colors and contrast. Black levels are really good and ao far no image retention issues. The menu system though is not my favorite.

Got this 1200 for black friday and have had it over a year now. The image quality is stunning and gets very bright. This line of samsung oleda are some of the best. Especially for gaming

Picture is so detailed that one can see individual blades of grass on a lawn and the color is better than any other tv in our home.
