I love this tv. I’ve almost had it a year and I’ve had no issues. The picture quality is amazing when gaming. Watching shows with dark scenes has so much more clarity on this tv. I have a Apple TV 4K and a PS5 connected to this tv and the 4K quality is great! The sound is decent but I use a soundbar and subwoofer instead

I've had this for around 6 months now. My only complaint would be with the remote control. I would prefer button access for more functions instead of navigating menus. Also, still have not it to communicate with the xfinity remote so that remote will not manage the volume or power so we are forced into using most remotes.

Very nice TV and picture is amazing. The only thing you should be aware of is that some older movies and TV shows may and probably will show some lag and jitter. I have played with the settings and watched videos trying to correct it. I have got it to a point i can live with it. Mind you there are not many shows that this happens with but it will happen. Over all O am very please with this purchase.

After upgrading from a 55" to a 65" TV, this product did not disappoint. The picture clarity and color blew me away! The sound is also a winner.

Nice tv, great picture, an improved picture from the last TV we owned and purchases several years ago. What I like about Best Buy is the opportunity to see the TV's in the store, their professional delivery, and good prices. Their sales techs were also knowledgeable about these new products--and talked me out of spending several thousand more for a 8K TV that was not necessary for our viewing habits and the lack of technology of 8K currently available for broadcast. The techs installed all the components of our apple TV, Netflix. etc. without any issues.

Everything that’s claimed about the stunning video of OLED TVs, and especially about this particular Samsung TV, is absolutely true. The clarity and color is so vivid on every program shown on this TV that it’s is like looking through a completely transparent window. Although the audio of this TV is good, I strongly suggest buying a Samsung soundbar to get even better sound.

Was trying to pick between this one and lg c3 and the sony oled at the same price point. Im glad i went with this one. Its brighter since it has newer quantum dot tech and has great colors!

Great TV! My husband and I have been very pleased with it overall. Our one major complaint is that the remote is extremely sensitive to touch, and it often closes apps or opens apps from a slight touch when the remote slides, etc. Other than that, we have had no problems.

My new Samsung OLED TV is excellent, beautiful color & clarity. Very easy to set up. I have owned Samsung TVs for many years this one is the best ever.

Super picture, OLED is definitely the way to go, Samsung gives great value for the money with this model If I could change one thing it would be the remote not intuitive

The picture quality is amazing. This TV can do true black. The depth of contrast is amazing. I can't say anything about the sound quality because I use a sound bar.

Awesome TV. Best TV I've ever owned! Beautiful bright colors. And picture quality, lots of cool functions, i've never seen on a tv before, like being able to play a video game without a system or touching your phone to the tv, and it instantly casts what's on your phone to the tv. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone that's in the market looking to buy a new tv.

The quality is beautiful, but the default UI is beyond awful. It's filled with ads and it auto plays the Samsung's TV channel all the time. You only have a small section of the screen that's actually useful and It's not user friendly. So. Many. Ads.

My husband and I LOVE this TV. The colors are so vivid and the picture so clear. There is no fade with windows nearby either. It's a GREAT TV!
