We are so happy with our purchase of this television. The television is so clear, so vivid, and just a joy to watch. We are also very happy and satisfied with the Geek squad members who installed the television as a wall-mounted television. I highly recommend Samsung televisions, I highly recommend Best Buy, and I highly recommend the services of the Geek Squad.

We had been looking at getting a new TV for a month or so as our Vizio started having large black spots in the screen after only 4 years. I saw the special deal on this TV and couldn't pass it up. We bought it and it was delivered within a day. We have been blown away at how good of a picture it has. I highly recommend this TV!

I purchased the 65" during an awesome Best Buy sale. It is definitely worth the price with its beautiful QD-OLED display. Everything pops on screen. The extremely thin panel scared me because if I broke it while mounting it, I would have been responsible. The instruction material with it wasn't very helpful. Having an e-manual is kind of a bummer because I didn’t have anything big enough near me to display it. There was zero explanation as to what the 3.5mm jack was for in the middle of the back side. So.....once it is wall mounted, you better have all the connections made. There is zero room to get anything plugged into it. I miss my un65mu8000fxza with its one connect box. It was so convenient to not have to look at the back of the TV after install. But having it now isn’t an advantage due to lessened HDMI speed. Everything else about this TV is incredible. I was concerned about the Tizen operating system, but it isn’t an issue at all. I don't know why anyone rates the onboard speakers as a negative. They sound great when I am not using my Atmos 7.1 home theater AVR sound. As always, I am impressed with my Samsung TV.

I'll keep this brief. This TV has absolutely glorious image quality, with a lightning fast response time and top tier HDR implementation. My singular issue with it that for whatever reason Samsung TV's seem to not have all the streaming apps on their OS (Crunchyroll being a huge omission) Best TV I've ever owned, easy.

Great OLED TV. Was abit expensive, however you pay more for good quality products like Samsung. Picture clarity and color are great. Sound is good with great bass.

I needed to upgrade the main room TV and decided to go with the Samsung OLED. I have buyers remorse for not having gone with the comparable LG model instead. The picture is great, no complaints there, but there are several glitches that make watching TV difficult or impossible. I’m rather tech savvy, and understand that with all the features these days, there are going to be challenges and bugs, but I discovered that one has not been addressed by Samsung for several months as many others are having the same issue as noted on a Samsung message board (screen saver randomly goes on after two minutes when watching cable TV.) We stream a lot of shows and sports, and once a day it freezes completely which requires the entire TV to be unplugged to reset. Nothing else works. I really want to like this TV and the picture is great, but for the money I should have just gone with something that I can rely on to deliver regular, basic performance. If you get this TV, keep the box. I did not and wish I could have made the switch to the LG.

I believe in quality and this TV delivers the best that Samsung has to offer!! The colors and clarity of the picture just don't even begin to compare to any other brand in today's market. So very glad that I took the time to research and with the assistance of a knowledgeable sales associate I was able to make a smooth purchase.

I had a Samsung LED TV for almost 20 years. When the picture started acting up, there was no other brand I seriously considered. Bonus was that Best Buy had 1 in stock at the store and was slightly cheaper than Wal-Mart and Amazon on the same model. TV has delivered the awesome picture that I expected. I am not disappointed.

I did not know what I was missing until I got this TV into my home and starting movies and programming in 4K UHD. The picture clarity, contrast, brightness, and Depth are phenomenal. I wish I had purchased it long before now. I have a Samsung soundbar and linking the TV to the soundbar elevates the experience to another level.

I hadn't seen OLED before this TV, I took a chance buying this, trusting the tech was worth it and wow, it is fantastic! The 120hz 4k is great for my PS5. The panel is 5stars. Plenty bright even with big windows in the room. I'm removing a star because the home page and TV options are bloated and a little slow, I wish it was more of just a tv and not trying to be such an entertainment hub as it slows the menus and adds complexity. But, it's not a big drawback. The TV easily pairs with Samsung speakers for an incredible movie experience!

Use it as my gaming tv for xbox series x and ps5 picture quality is top notch compared to all the other tvs i own this one stand out big time if also great for movies sounds not super crazy though so if your using for movies might wanna get speakers.
