    Great picture. Great color. Great gaming. Cinematics not so great. Motion and live tv stream is dissappointing.

      We appreciate your feedback on your S90C TV’s picture when watching fast motion. For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

    I love this TV. In store, the picture looked great. Hooked it up at home and the picture is still great. This replaced an 8year old Samsung 50’ lcd. I did buy an external sound system with this, but if you can’t swing it, the sound from the tv isn’t bad if you have it in a small open space like mine,( about 13x24).

    This TV is has great picture quality, and decent sound quality for such a slim television. There are some downsides to this however. The 1st downside is not using their control cable to connect to a external box for their inputs, my old Samsung 8 series had that feature. This makes hanging this set on the wall a little more cumbersome, due to running all the wires to the set itself instead of using a hub. My seccond issue is the lack of sheilding on the power cable itself, this triggers my acfi and pops my circuit breaker. I have rectified the issue by plugging this into a sheilded power strip. Other than those 2 small gripes, I highly recommend this TV.

    Pros: Picture Colors & Clarity Cons: Optimizing can take up to 10 mins when initially turning on. Also, the Tv remote and Fire stick remote can conflict with one another.

    Very good quality picture. Easy to install and setup. While not the latest model when I bought it, the price is a good deal.

    Love my tv. Highly recommend it, worth the investment. Only, thing is that we are on out 3rd remote in a year and a half. Would give 5 stars if the remote issue didn't happen.

    Poor experience, false advertising & privacy issue

    TV picture is great, after figuring out how to get it dialed in, but the TV purchased was an Open Box purchase from a Best Buy about 90 minutes from my home, and when I got home, I realized it was missing the power cord. This was frustrating since it was marked as being in Excellent condition with all parts and accessories. It was even supposed to have been reset to factory defaults from the prior person, purchase, but that was not done, as it still had the other person’s accounts setup on it, including visible email addresses, zip code, and other such preferences. This is not a good look for Beat Buy and Privacy concerns, but the missing power cord is my bigger issue, personally. Hard to watch a TV with no power, and when I called the store, the only recommendation was to take it back to the local Best Buy store for a refund. That is not a great customer experience. I fortunately had an old Samsung Plasma that had the right cord type (standard PC style cord, with a 90 degree connector to allow it to fit in the opening. It does not quite fit into the cambe management groove, but it got the TV working, but now I have my other tv that was going to my daughter’s room that doesn’t work. I went to the local Best Buy store, and they were helpful, but couldn’t get me a cord either, so I am kind of stuck right now, and frustrated. Considering returning the whole thing and getting an LG from Amazon.
