    Just recently found out today after a year that the TV I had delivered and installed was refurbished when I bought a new tv. they delivered, unpacked and installed and I had no idea that it was not new. Not happy trying to figure out my recourse. TV itself is great but I can't believe Best buy did that. my order history shows a refurbished TV which I definitely did not buy

    I did my homework in selecting this tv. It was very highly rated and I chose it because of Consumer Reports review. Unfortunately, the first tv that I got was apparently defective. It would go off and restart at random times, sometimes freeze up before restarting and had some motion blurring. I called Samsung and the rep went into my tv and made some adjustments but it didn't correct the problem. I ended up returning it for a second one and it does not have the issues the first one had. Hopefully, this second one will be alright. I used consumer reports settings recoommendations and the picture quality is very good.
